You can't lose 10 kgs in a week, same way I didn't gain all this weight in a week. As you are young you can easily lose wght if you follow customized diet plans for weight loss. For time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night and avoid spicy junk fry foods and do 30 mints of exercise in the day. Eat every meal. Listen up: Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. If a hectic day makes a sit-down meal impossible, stash an energy bar or a piece of fruit in your purse or briefcase -- anything that will keep you from going hungry.

Hi, the causes for going tired with little effort r under noted: * improper intake of calories, causing weakness. * imbalanced glucose level in blood. * gastric disorder. * hypertension/hypo tension. * hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism. * stress, /anxiety I am of the opinion that you r missing your meal and breakfast, being interested in junk food. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. * take your breakfast and meal in time, avoiding junk food. * go for meditation for 30 mts to reduce your stress. * take at least 1200-1600 calories/day. Homoeo-care* @ ashawagandha q-10 drops, thrice a day with 2 tsfl of water. Take care.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

My question is on hard squeezing, my breast oozed out the fluid, I don't know what color fluid, but it did. Also, the other effects were pain, nipple burn, and a black layer has been formed over the nipple! Now it is getting back to normal. Respected lybrate-user hi I would suggest temporarily avoid hard breast squeezing. Apply neosporin skin ointment on nipple 2-3 times a day. If required can consult general surgeon dear thanks regards.

Our bodies inform us about our hunger and when it is satiated. But when we get exposed to the world of dieting and diet foods we are addicted to them, unable to find a balanced way of eating. Overeating or binging on food is a problem that a lot of people face.

Here are 3 tested ways to stop over eating and feel healthier.

1) Eat slowly - It is the brain that sends us signals about whether or not we are satiated. It takes about 12 minutes to actually feel satisfied and the brain takes that much time (or even a little more) to comprehend. That?s why, you should eat slowly and chew your food well, so that you give the brain enough opportunity to realize whether the hunger is satiated.

2) Eat whole foods - Those artificial and processed foods are certainly tasty and oh so enticing. But they are overloaded with calories and artificial sweeteners, which would do you more harm than good. So, it is recommended that you eat more of whole foods. They will keep you filled for longer and avoid instances of over-eating. In the beginning, you might experience some trouble, but it would cease within a few days.

3) Exercise - Exercise releases hormones that keep us happy. These are also the hormones that provide us the opportunity to feel less hunger. So, exercise to avoid overeating and binging behaviour. This is particularly true for women trying to lose weight while exercising- you will only see results if you make dietary changes as well.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the figure mentioned is 288, what is it related to blood sugar (fasting or pp). Bp can not 288 mm hg. Please clarify all the readings properly, like fasting & pp sugar levels and hba1c% as well as bp readings like systolic / diastolic. Also mention if you are on any treatment for either of these conditions.

According to your height your ideal weight is 62.2.you should take high fiber foods to reduce extra weigh like all fresh fruits and vegetables. And take protein foods and avoid simple carbohydrates like juices, cold drinks or direct sugar.

One of the first things people cut when trying to lose weight are carbohydrates. Thus, add them back to your diet when you are trying to gain weight! The key is choosing carbohydrates that have nutritional value. Potatoes are a great choice because they?re high in protein (really!), full of fiber, and contain a ton of vitamin C. Eat potatoes with the skin on for optimum nutrition. Once they?re peeled, the protein is cut in half. Also, you can mix it up with mini reds and sweet potatoes that pack more flavor that white potatoes. Almonds are a great choice, while macadamia nuts are very high in fat. Mixed nuts are a great option because you can get the nutritional benefit of many varieties in one snack.

Weakness, fever, bodyache is sign of viral fever. Start tab paracetamol 500 mg thrice after food for 4-5 days tab a to z 1 tab daily for 7 days tab azee 1 tab daily for 3 days electrolytes pack. Take with water.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Stop eating junk and processed food. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals. Take small and frequent meals.
