Hello Lybrate user if your blood haemoglobin is low you have to start haematinic syp or tablet as soon as possible also if you are suffering from fast weight gain just check out your thyroid function test it may be reason behind wt gain and also irregular menses.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. i have understood your problem and would like to let you know that nightfall is normal. i dont know how frequently u masturbate..if u are masturbating once a week or once a 15 days then this problem will be there because of the dribbling of your semen from your glands..its like a cup full of water, u are adding to it but not removing then it will overflow...your body is a factory which continuously makes semen and u have to remove it with time otherwise the space within the glands and finally whenever u have even mild erection or excitement or increase in the abdominal pressure like during urination or passing stool, it will come out without orgasm.. so the remedy is to masturbate regularly with a frequency of 2 to 3 times in a week..dont worry about the effects of the masturbation. it has no adverse effects on the sex life of a person..and it is not a bad habit, its a means of satisfying your sexual needs in the absence of a partner... i hope u ll find this advice helpful..best luck..

. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. You need proper guidance of an expert for definite results.

Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. Eat daily fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .Eat proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal. These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. Soft drinks contain very high amounts of sugar which increases weight, phosphoric acid & caffeine which cause osteoporosis, pesticides which are very harmful for health. You can instead have coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, milk, fresh fruit juice. Exercise daily for an hour. Include some sports in your daily routine. Increase your physical activity level. Have plenty of whole fruits, raw vegetables & water. Avoid junk/ street/ fast/ processed/ packaged/ sweet foods/ chocolates/ ice cream/ sugar/ excess salt.

You can include good protein in your diet. Include protein in your major meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have in the form of curd, paneer, pancakes, chicken / fish / eggs, dal, sprouts etc.
