Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

Hello,skin rashes can be treated with the following medication:- 1. Take rhus tox 30, 3 drops in the morning , empty stomach. 2. Take arsenic 30, 3 drops in the night at bed time. 3. take azadirachta 1x, 2 tablets twice a day. 4. apply topi azadirachta ointment on the rashes.

I'm going through a depression phase I guess. Last Sunday I had a terrible break up which has taken a toll on me. I feel guilty for leaving the girl with whom I was in relation with just because my parents won't accept her for marriage. Then there's this another girl who I like a lot perhaps love may be. Last week we slept together but she doesn't love me. She loves someone else and wants to get back with her ex. I'm unable to forget all of this shit that's been happening in my life. I really need to move on or need a break but am not able to do so.

You need a psychologist help. Try to consult with a psychologist near from you. Be positive everything thing will be fine soon and remember one thing always that's what's all going in your life is for your better future. Means try to understand that what god want from you and for you for your betterment. Just believe in god let all the things drop from your mind. Do something in which you feel relax like listening positive music not sad, painting dancing meet with your friends and relatives to refresh you. As soon as you recover from it it will good for you. when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1.Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2.Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. so you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite. My BP level is 140/80. Doctor asked me what are the test has done and consumed the medicine. Till now I did not take any medicine. Just Doctor has measured my BP machine only. Kindly suggest me.

A single BP reading is not enough to diagnose high BP. Please get your BP twice more in the next couple of days, if 3 consecutive readings come out high then you will need to start with lifestyle changes like - 1) Daily exercise like brisk walking for 40 mins 2) Quit drinking and smoking 3) Eat a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables and avoiding high salty food. 4) limit your tea or coffee intake to 2-3 cups a day. 4) Get a baseline echo and cholesterol tested. Re-evaluate BP after 6-8 weeks of these lifestyle changes by consulting a cardiologist.

आपने संभोग करने के फायदे तो सुने होंगे लेकिन शायद ही आपने ज्यादा सेक्स करने के नुकसान के बारे में सुना हो। कहते हैं हर चीज की अति बुरी होती है इसी तरह ज्यादा सेक्स भी कुछ मामलों में आपके लिए हानिकारक साबित हो सकता है।

इस शोध ने बदली तस्वीर

सेक्स करने से होने वाले फायदों के बारे में अब तक तमाम शोध सामने आ चुके हैं। लेकिन एक शोध ने ज्यादा सेक्स करने से होने वाले नुकसान की तरफ लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित किया है। अमूमन लोगों का यही ख्याल होता है कि सेक्स करने से शरीर को कोई नुकसान नहीं होता। 

सेक्स की कोई लिमिट नहीं

हालांकि एक दिन में कितनी बार संभोग किया जाए, इसकी कोई लिमिट नहीं होती। यह आपके शरीर और मूड पर निर्भर करता है। लेकिन अधिकतर लोग इस बात से अनजान होते हैं कि ज्यादा सेक्स करने के साइडइफेक्ट्स भी होते हैं। 

इनफेक्शन का खतरा
एक समय में बहुत बार यौन संबंध बनाने से महिला के प्राइवेट पार्ट में इनफेक्शन का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। इनफेक्शन होने से महिलाओं को काफी परेशानी होती है।

अनचाहा गर्भधारण

यदि आप ज्यादा संभोग करते हैं तो ऐसे में महिला को अनचाहे गर्भधारण की संभावना सामान्य के मुकाबले बढ़ जाती है। ऐसे में महिला के शरीर पर विपरीत असर पड़ता है।

संबंधों पर असर

यदि आप अपने जीवनसाथी पर ज्यादा संभोग करने का दबाव बनाते हैं तो इससे आप दोनों के रिश्तें भी प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। ऐसे में आपके बीच के मधुर संबंधों पर असर पड़ना स्वाभाविक है।

दिमागी समस्या

ज्यादा सेक्स करना शारीरिक जरूरत नहीं बल्कि यह एक लत भी हो सकती है। जानकारों का मानना है कि सेक्स की लत दिमागी प्रॉब्लम का कारण भी हो सकती है।

It shows your home environment it is not good or you may feel alone in home. You are happy in social aspects. But you are unable to maintain loneliness. Please check any problems in home environment. Please rectify if possible. If not. Then leave it. Spend most of the time in office. After go to spend with other friends. Go home for sleeping, bathing and fresh purpose. Some one some problems whether it is home or office. In your case office is best. Then enjoy. Do not think about home. If everything is fine in home. Then analyse yourself. You can find out the truth. Then rectify or leave it. Enjoy where you feel happy. Do not think other aspects. Ok best wishes.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods. For high uric acid decrease the amount of protein in your diet and for thyroid avoid having broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower and soya.

I am 19 years old. I get tired easily. Im not able to sleep fell stress depressed. I too feel like diabetes symptoms. I feel very thirsty hunger. I go to washroom many times. Can I gey some solutions on this.

Its very unlikely to have diabetes mellitus at your age, still if there is family history of diabetes please get you blood sugar levels checked. The symptoms of frequent urination, thirst and increased appetite along with sleep disturbance and fatuigability also coincide with depression with comorbid anxiety disorder. So if your blood sugars are within normal limits, please consult a mental health expert.
