Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Generally and broadly speaking you need 2-3 chapatis of 40 gms each (or one and half bowl katori of 160 ml of rice) along with one bowl of dal daily to survive. You add another chapati (or rice equivalent) along with 1/3rd bowl of dal for every km you walk. In case you require non veg, exchange one bowl of dal with 100 gms of non veg. You are in addition allowed to take abot 50 gms of seasonal fruits daily. To have the filling feeling of stomach you can have as much salad as you want.

I think you are just 4-5 Kg underweight.If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions. Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day. It is advisable to consult your doctor before the start of any new dietary regime. • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

Hot Beverages - Did You Know They Can Cause Cancer?

For many people, their morning is incomplete without a cup of hot beverage. A hot cup of tea (black, white or green) or coffee can lift your mood and spirits in no time. After a long and tiring day, most people crave for hot beverages. It helps them feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

But now comes a big jolt for the ardent fans of hot beverages. As per the findings by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) (an agency that deals with the evaluation of the cariogenic factors and agents for the World Health Organization), drinking very hot beverages may trigger cancer (especially of the mouth and esophagus) in some people. While alcohol, tobacco, red meat, to name a few, have already found their way into the list of carcinogenic agents, the hot beverages had been the latest addition that has left many people shocked and baffled.

The same agency, IARC had in the 1990's (1991 to be precise) classified yerba maté tea (a famous and traditional South American tea usually served very hot) as a potential carcinogenic agent. The study suggested that using yerba maté for long (often in large quantities) can trigger cancer (mouth, lungs, and esophagus) in some people. Some research stressed that the main cause of concern was the presence of the carcinogenic agent, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in yerba maté.

However, the latest study has included all hot beverages, heated over 65C or 149F as potential carcinogens. The study stressed on the fact that when you drink a very hot beverage, more than often, it goes on to injure the esophageal cells and tissues. In some cases, this can trigger cell multiplication. If unfortunately, some of these cells undergo mutations in the process, then it can, in turn, result in abnormal cell growth. This deviation, in turn can eventually give rise to tumors, which are often found to be malignant and carcinoid in nature. In other words, the thermal injury caused to the esophageal lining due to hot beverages can cause cancer.

In many places (restaurants and cafes), the hot beverages are typically served at a temperature, ranging from 71 - 85 degree Celsius, thus making the situation even worse.

However, there is a lot to rejoice for the coffee lovers. The WHO and IARC have surprising dropped coffee from its list of potentially carcinogenic agents. What was believed to be a carcinogenic agent (especially bladder cancer) for long has suddenly been rendered harmless. Some researchers and scientists believe that the antioxidants present in the coffee beans can go a long way to prevent and reduce the instances of cancer. Thus, having coffee in moderation may prove to be helpful. However, the credibility of these findings is yet to be accepted by one and all.

The hot tea lovers will surely wait for similar path-breaking research and miracles. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. Do not eat 2 egg per day it will disturb your digetion if you want to increase weight then try this. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and single bar and double bar exercise daily regularly 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkand churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu- jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record your weight before and after every, report monthly of any improvement.
