You can definitely reduce Fat ,Follow this Low calorie, normal protein, vitamins and minerals, low carbohydrate, low fat and liberal fluid, high fibre diet is recommended. 1) There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) Deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) During business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) Dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) Simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits ( except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) Small frequent meals ( containing high fibre, low fat ,moderate to low carbohydrates , moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals)with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) Begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) Drink plenty of water. 9) Do not skip meals 10) Prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) Tea consumption should be reduced . Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) Consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Avoid -Rice, Sugar ,Potato ,Sweets,Beet , Ghee, fried foods,j unkfood ,vada, samosa, bhajji, Banana ,Grapes ,Chickoo,Seetaphal ,Mango Avoid Mutton ,organ meats, egg yolk, buffaloes milk, cheese, paneer ,pizza ,burger,Choclates etc. Have 2-3 Cups of ecovalley green Tea ,it will help reducing Weight & Fat.

Ideal dinner for a person exercising is a regular light meal comprising of whole grains like roti or unpolished rice, dal or kadhi, a vegetable and salad. Have an early dinner for better uptake of nutrients. Avoid cutting out dinner.

It is a combination of the fear of change and the fear of the unknown. Do you know that this is normal and that a lot of people experience this? now because of this there is what is called resistance to change: some people will not venture to go abroad and to unknown places. Now that means it is crippling them. If that is how intense your problem is, then you need to work with a counselor. Often the fear is an exaggeration and there may be some contaminated thoughts that play tricks with your mind to stop you from going out. If you externalized these fears, the other person will give you assuring feedback based on facts and that will help you respond differently. You are missing fabulous trips, and visits to countries and places that offer so much excitement. One trip will prove your theory wrong, and another may reduce it even further. Gradually, the fear will dissipate based on your experience and not on your fantasy.

I have very quick tempered so what I can do to do keep my temperm under control.

Anger control can be done through practice> first of all have a de-stressing life style, in the form of daily awakening before sunrise, going for morning walk/ jog, doing regular yoga/meditation, taking haelthy nutritious diet with plenty of fruits and salads, having enough time for rest, recreation and socialization, you must play outdoor games and may listen to your favourite music at evening, have a sound sleep. This will give you a happy mood and then you will have little/no anger. If even after this it happens, you must leave that anger situation and go to some other place. You should take 10 deep breath and sit down to relax, after some time when impulse goes down you may come and sort out the issue easily without much anger. Avoid tea/coffee/any addiction as these things can increase irritability.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

If the natural color of your teeth is yellow then only bleaching can help. But depends wether your teeth r suitable for the procedure or not. Secondly if the yellowish stains r present then scaling followed by polishing will sort out your problem.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.
