Main symptoms for sinusitis are thick nasal discharge, headache, watering eyes, forehead pain, recurrent infection of nose and mouth, post nasal drip, sinusitis, is nothing but a physiological disorder of nose which led by malfunctioning of aerodynamics of nose (temporary sinusitis, secondly it is because of repeated infections of the sinus (permanent sinusitis) sinuses regulations and air conditioning of the air which we breathe and to get the benefit of above we must have normal, well sized opened sinusitis and hence nose breathing is required, those who breathe from mouth, they have tendency to get more throat and lungs infections. Recurrent sinus infection, pollution, poor diet, spicy food, long term steam inhalation from nose, and allergies leads to thick discharge from nose. This thick mucus if stays in the sinuses, it leads to irritation of the sinus skin which is mucosa and this go on growing hence leads to permanent sinusitis this extra growth is called nasal polyps this is where patient needs surgical correction. If patient comes to nose surgeon at right time, doctor can revert his/her symptoms and surgery can be abandoned. Sinusitis if patient does not take serious steps to correct might lead to cardiac symptoms, lung diseases, etc. Once there are nasal polyps you have to go for surgery immediately.

Please note the following for your condition: breast massage -- massaging breasts regularly increases blood circulation in them. Use any natural massage oil available at the health store. Massage your breasts twice a day with this oil. You can warm this oil slightly before using. Hi lybrate-user, you have raised a wise question and it is totally understandable. Now first thing is motivation work backwards in depression- the more you do, the more you like doing. When you kick that inertia and get out of your shell in a way which breaks you free from the negative thoughts and pattern you have been caught in, it gets rewarding and pleasurable. You can start with building your network with friends you have lost touch with over phone plan a meeting, go out hang out with them. Then slowly when you regain little confidence and control over social life you can generalize it by making new friends. You do not have to tell anyone you are patient foremost thing is you are a person and you are capable of anything. What you think becomes the reality. So do not get bothered much there are ample ways to socialize. Join gym, some art classes, any sports etc. There you will find outlet for your feelings and emotions. Just do not think much and go with flow. All the very best.

Take 4 litter water daily apply sunscreen lition spf +30 will helpful to you. Apply on all exposer parts like hands, face etc. Use cap in summer.

IN typhoid fever take plenty of water. if you have severely dehydrated, you may need to receive fluids through a vein (intravenously). You have to eat nutrient dense food and exercise well. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly.

Hi. If you are using Tugain already, don't stop the application abruptly rather taper off the frequency of using it alowly and gradaully! Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. Cavities might respond to hot and cold stimulus. Please get your teeth examined by a dentist. He might also take an x-ray to determine the extent of the cavity. He may ask you to go for root canal treatment if the cavity is too deep else he will remove the infected part of the teeth and restore it with a filling material.
