Hi Your pain could be from the teeth, the jaw joint, or the muscles around the joint, or a combination of the above. The teeth shape that you mention could be responsible for the pain around the jaw joint. It would be best you see an Oral Surgeon for a physical evaluation and diagnosis. You may also need treatment by an orthodontist.

Anxiety is a thought disorder, which can be managed through thought and emotional management along with medications. This can target the dysfunctional thought process that you could be having which are the root cause of anxiety. Counselling for anxiety management can help you in the following way: 1. See your problem in smaller bits and pieces, analyse each bit and seek solutions for each separately. If you see the problem as a whole and too closely, it can become overwhelming and too much work causing anxiety which could have given you gas and bp. 2. Be realistic: know your strengths and do what you can to the extent possible. Knowing your limitations is equally important, so that you don't overextend yourself and then feel inadequate /failure. In this case, you could take help of a relative, colleague, friend, professional who has the expertise in this field. This will make your work easier. 3. Learn to delegate work: you would be able to judge who all and which resources in your environment can become an opportunity which you can use to get your work done. For eg. If you are finding office work too demanding and are unable to take out time for exercising everyday, then it's possible that you realise that there is some space in your office where you can put up a small personal gym and you can exercise there regularly. You couldalso delegate some of your work to a capable colleague, who is agreeable to help you at that time, because you have helped him sometime back when he was having a bad back. 4. Prioritise and organise: you would want to decide which of your activities are time wasters and which activities are important. This will save you time if you start giving less time to unproductive activities. Organising your day/week/month in advance will help you put work in place and see a pattern for doing activities which will be more productive for you. Successful people don't work hard. They just use their time and skills smartly. 5. Be flexible: when you are planning, be flexible in how you want to carry out certain activities. Some things which are not in your control for eg. Weather, may put a spoke in plan for the day. Be ready to make last minute changes. And do something else during that time so that time is not wasted. It's better to have an alternate plan in store usually. 6. Have faith and hope: trust yourself and others to carry out their jobs. Know each ones strengths and limitations. Be realistic in your expectations and do your best. Now leave it to god to do his magic. This is very important. If it has to happen, it will. If it didn't happen, then don't lose hope. It will happen another time. Or maybe it wasn't meant to happen this way. Whatever it is. Don't take life too seriously. Nothing is more important than your health and life. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. Hi, lead a healthy lifestyle and care your hair externally. Both will give you result. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water/ bore water to wash the head rather use already boiled water or drinking water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months.

1 Exercise - you may be thinking exercise is not priority during exam but making time for exercise especially out doors can boost your revision secession and your health during stressful period. Exercise release endorphin happy hormone which improve your mood and help you reduce stress. So don't feel guilty of taking break for workout or even walk out side in fresh air.
2 Eat well - UK Charity 'Young Minds' recommends eating a balance diet during exam to keep yourself at optimum health. Iron rich green leafy veg get plenty of fruit. Summer berries to help with concealed level top up your level of omega 3 fatty acid.
3. Stay hydrated avoid coffee and tea drink plenty of water.

Please note the following for your condition: One particular type of chronic dizziness not related to vertigo (a feeling of turning or whirling usually associated with inner ear problems) -- “Patients with this syndrome have chronic nonspecific dizziness, subjective imbalance and hypersensitivity to motion stimuli, which are exacerbated in complex visual environments (e. G. Walking in a busy store, driving in the rain),”. Anxiety can also cause chronic dizziness Treatment: Deep breathing is one of the best ways to deal with dizziness. It will help provide an adequate amount of oxygen to the brain, which in turn will relax the nervous system and reduce dizziness. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Place one hand on your abdomen, place the thumb of your other hand against one nostril and close your mouth. Inhale slowly through your open nostril and try to fill your belly with air. Hold the breath in, close both nostrils and purse your lips. After 2 to 3 seconds, exhale slowly and try to extract air from your belly. Repeat these steps 10 times. Then, sit quietly for 5 minutes and breathe normally to avoid getting dizzy again. For further steps get back to me. Thanks.

Clinical depression is usually treated with a combination of psychiatric medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Infertility - A Complete Guide!

The term infertility in females explains a wide range of disorders but in order to simplify things, lets’ just say, infertility in women is a condition in which women are unable to conceive. There are numerous reasons that can be responsible for this situation and although some are preventable or curable, most others have no specific cure or treatment.

Ovulatory Disorders

One of the most common reasons for infertility is an ovulatory disorder. Almost 30 percent of female infertility is caused due to this reason. 70 percent of such infertility is treatable with drugs such as Reprones/Menogan and Clomiphene. Here is a list of causes of failed ovulation-

  1. Disruption in the complex hormonal balance.

  2. Ovaries fail to produce mature eggs. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common disorder causing this problem. This syndrome has reduced FSH production and increased production of LH, Oestrogen and Testosterone. Suppressed FSH production may cause the partial development of ovarian follicles.

  3. Hypothalamus may malfunction thereby causing the pituitary to malfunction, thus losing control over the process or FSH and LH production.

  4. Physical damage to the ovaries by multiple surgeries or due to the formation of cysts.

  5. A rare case of premature menopause.

  6. Problems of the follicle.

  7. Poor functioning of fallopian tubes

Diseases or disorders in the tube have been another major reason of infertility in women. Almost 25 percent of women infertility occurs due to this reason. Although treatments exist, success rates of the treatments are as high as 30 percent. The causes of tube damage may be as follows-

  1. Infection caused by bacteria or viruses

  2. Abdominal diseases like colitis and appendicitis

  3. Previous pelvic or abdominal surgeries.

  4. A condition called ectopic pregnancy which occurs in the tube, and even if very carefully but successfully overcome, may leave permanent damage.

  5. Rare congenital defects in which women may be born with tube anomalies.

Endometriosis

This is the condition where the endometrium expands excessively thereby preventing individuals from getting pregnant. This affects almost 10 percent of the population of infertile women. Almost 40 percent of women with endometriosis are infertile.

Other Factors

Other additional factors may include:

  1. Abnormal uterus

  2. Congenital diseases

  3. Behavioural factors like personal habits, lifestyle and health factors.

  4. Exercise and diet- extremely overweight or underweight women may have problems in conceiving.

  5. Cigarette smoking reduces the chances of conceiving by one-third.

  6. Alcohol increases the chances of birth defects.

Hence, pregnancy is tougher than it might really seem. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Hello Doctor, I am married for six month. After marriage all of sudden my periods started coming late like 2 or more then 2 months later. Hello the chance of pregnancy in a normal cycle is 20 to 30% only so dont freak out! just make sure you guys are together in your fertile period and take your preconceptional medicines!
