I don't have any underarm odour before I started my professional career. But now I don't know why it has started smelling bad. I'm not doing any kind of regular exercise daily and Spending most of the time in the Air conditioning rooms my diet plans also been changed. Is that the reason why my sweat getting odour. Some people around me told that I'm taking too much salt in diet. That is why it is getting bad odour. Is that true.. Please suggest me to reduce it and any specific deit required to take. Hell lybrate-user, sweating is a natural phenomena to reduce the body temperature and release toxins. However too much odour can to due to a lot of modification in your lifestyle in terms of diet and activity. Try following - 1. Increase your water intake to 3-4 litres. As one does not feel the thrist in air-conditioning however ac can dehyrate the body more due to low sensation of thirst leading to increased body odour. 2. Excess intake of junk foods, spicy foods with very high sulphur containing ingredients like onion, garlic etc should be avoided. 3. Doing 30 mins of any physical activity to increase the circulation of blood in your system for better de-toxification. 4. Having good 2-3 fruits and vegetables per day to cleanse your system.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

My wife Ms. Vijaya Laxmi, 38 years old is suffering from hypothyroidism from last two year. She is taking 62.5mg thyroxine sodium: 62.5 mcg tablet from last 4 months and latest results of TSH is 2.46 uIU/mL on 25/7/15, I think it is quite normal. Before 4 months when she was taking thyroxine sodium: 50 mcg, she got done a test after taking for previous 3 months, it is TSH 5.5 uIU/mL it is a bit high. My problem is that she is having back pain for last 3/4 years, now she is also having back pain and pains in the fingers/ body are also happening. As per TSH results her hypothyroid was not that much high levels and even after TSH gone in normal range her problems are not diminished. Around 8 months back as per doctors advise she was increased dose of Thyroxine from 25mcg to 75Mcg. At this time after a week or two she started coughing and cough increased to a lot in a couple of months. Her CT Scan shows lymphadenopathy, but TSH was gone down to -1.4 uIU/mL. So, when thyroxine was reduced to 50 mcg then immediately there was no cough at all within three days. So Please suggest what patient has to do. She is having backpain, tiredness, her TSH is in normal range now. She was taken calcium tables also for quite some days. Please suggest

Posture correction must. Avoid long sitting, toward bending and lifting weight. Do hot fermentation and rest if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment and do stretching exercise in daily routine.

Yes coke is harmful to the body as it contains too much of sugar. If you want health and fat loss you to stop drinking that coke completely. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and I will suggest you to do skipping daily for next six months.

If you are married or had unprotected sex, get an urine test for pregnancy. If it is negative, consult a gynaecologist who may give you some medicine to have withdrawl bleeding. However if it is a regular phenomenon you need to have other tests.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

I have acne problems. Normally in the past they had come up intermittently, but in the last few weeks their frequency have increased suddenly. Hi Rakshith., Acne is a condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne usually appears on your face, neck, chest, back and shoulders.Acne is most common among teenagers, with a reported prevalence of 70 to 80percent. Increasingly, younger children are getting acne as well. Symtoms:- Acne signs and symptoms vary depending on the severity of your condition: 1.Whiteheads (closed plugged pores) 2.Blackheads (open plugged pores — the oil turns brown when it is exposed to air) 3.Small red, tender bumps (papules) 4.Pimples (pustules), which are papules with pus at their tips 5.Large, solid, painful lumps beneath the surface of the skin (nodules) 6.Painful, pus-filled lumps beneath the surface of the skin (cystic lesions) If we think from the current practice of the medicine the ayurvedic treatment of acne varies from person to person, individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Medication:- 1. Apply acnovin cream on the spots before going to bed. 2. Lodhradi churna-use this powder as a face pack mixed with rose water. 3. Cap Tiktamrith-1 cap thrice a day after food. For 1 month. Tips:- 1. Clean & clear the face at least 3 times a day. 2. Keep the face oil free. 3 Avoid heavy fast & junk food stuffs. 4. Avoid spicy & more salty ood. 5. Don’t handle the acne like using nails and all.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food.
