Have hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 15 min duration each use firm hard and even mattress for sleep best wishes.

Hai respected sir. My wife is suffering from severe pain in back both shoulders and consulted so many doctors said that back bone of the neck has been pressed so do not do any weights lifting and work hard even not doing hard work the pain is spread from top to middle of the back, pain is severe daily.

Neck Advice Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Sir I have the habit of 'Hasthaprayogam' and I'm feeling that due to this my body weakness is increasing ​& bone pains are coming to leg while sleeping. Is Hasthaprayogam causes weakness to body ?if not what's the problem for weakness? Any problem to my sex life due to Hasthaprayogam?

No. Hastproygam/masturbation generally don't cause any weakness or bone pain. It is a habit and not a disease. Concentrate on your work /job and studies. Occasional masturbation is not harmful. If you don't than there can be night fall. Feel free to ask privately with details for more scientific suggestions.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling. For back pain take Mag phos 6x - 4 tabs twice daily

During periods knee pain occurs. However last time there was stomach pain and last to last time there was back pain. What should be the reason of these changing symptoms. Is there something like" that body part is gonna pain in periods which is weak" or like I am gonna have knee/back/stomach related issued in ma old age? cant the periods be had without pain?

You don't have any knee, back or stomach issues, it is due to weakness. Get your hb test done. Do regular slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Follow these to get painless periods.
