As I walk through dusty road, now I feel my throat itching and some times running nose please Suggest me Medicine.
I have seen similar versions of this problem all over the web, but no answers that match my problem. From last 3 months, I've been getting tiny (zit-sized or smaller) slightly raised bumps on my left thumb in the center. The do not hurt if left alone, but are painful if pressed or touched at all. They do not itch at all. I have tried to pick them out, thinking it was some sort of splinter, but I never find anything (no liquid/pus at all, and no object or thicker mass). Even when I have dug deep down and assumed I must have fixed it, it came back in the same spot a few days later. These spots last anywhere from a couple of weeks to months. When they go, there is no scabbing or peeling or anything like that - they just disappear. They don't tend to cluster. The spot itself if slightly red, but it starts out skin colored and only gets red when irritated. These things are not a major problem, but because they hurt they make writing, cooking, etc. Quite literally a pain. Any advice would be appreciated.
Sleep is an essential part of a child's growth and development journey. Sleep helps the child develop both physically and mentally. Thus, it is important for every child to develop good sleeping habits. The amount of sleep a child requires varies from child to child and according to their age. Here's a broad guideline for how much sleep your child should be getting depending on their age.
Less than a year
The confusion between day and night ends when the baby is about 4 months old. This is when you will notice regular sleep patterns emerging. By the time they are 6 months old, most infants have a regular sleep and wake cycle. At this age, your baby needs at least 15 hours of sleep a day. The goal here is to establish healthy sleeping habits.
1-3 year old
After their first birthday, toddlers tend to reduce their number of day-time naps. But they still require 11-14 hours of sleep a day. Let your child take a 1-3 hour afternoon nap and put them to bed early, so that they can get a full night's sleep.
3-6 year old
Naps gradually become shorter as the child grows up. These pre-schoolers need 10-13 hours of sleep a day. At this age, it is a good idea to encourage your child to fall asleep on their own. They should no longer need an adult to put them to sleep. They should also learn to fall back asleep on their own, if they wake up in the middle of the night.
7-12 year old
A pre-teen needs 10-11 hours of sleep a day but the average sleep they get is about 9 hours. The challenge at this age is to not allow bedtime to get very late. Once they start going to school, children have a fixed time to wake up. Thus, a late bedtime will give them inadequate sleep.
12-18 year old
Teenagers require 8-9 hours of sleep a day. In no way should they get less than 7 hours of sleep. It is a good idea to keep the television and computer out of their bedroom. Also, avoid letting them have caffeinated drinks before sleeping.
Poor or inadequate sleep can lead to a number of health complications as well as mental disorders such as ADHD and cognitive problems. Thus, it is important for your child to not only follow a regular sleep schedule, but also to have restful sleep.

Hepatitis B like Polio can be eradicated if every person is vaccinated immediately after birth with booster doses once only, every five yrs throughout life until even hundred yrs of age.
And cost per vaccine is hardly Rs 100-200 for adults and just half for children upto 10yrs of age.
Once infected with Hepatitis B it is difficult to cure. Mostly people carry this infection throughout life and infect their spouses and children as well .
Untreated infected persons may land into liver failure, liver cancer even, at times.
Let this message go to every person in your contact through social media.
The day we are aware of Hepatitis B Vaccines like Tetnus, and get our family, friends and workers vaccinated, the day is not far off when HEPATITIS B ie the most serious type of jaundice will be eradicated from the earth.
Millions of hard earned money spent on investigations and life long treatment to control Hepatitis B infection can be saved.

Sex is not only a physical need, sex is a great way to emotionally bond and get closer to your partner as well. Any dissatisfaction in the bedroom can affect other aspects of your life, and can lead to fights, squabbles and general unhappiness. The inability to orgasm can become a major bone of contention. There can be various reasons behind the inability to climax. Some of the common ones are detailed below:
1. Lack of stimulation
Studies show that only 25% of women reach climax during sexual intercourse. The remaining 75% of women require more stimulation, like fingers or even toys and tongues to reach orgasm. Amongst this is a subset of 10-15% of women who never reach orgasm. Thus, a large number of women require extra stimulation to achieve climax during sex. You must talk to your partner about putting in some extra effort and providing the extra stimulation you need to achieve climax.
Many men and women over-think their actions in bed. From their expressions to how they are reacting and how they are making their partner feel - everything is under constant scrutiny and revision. This leads to a lot of stress, which can hinder your ability to reach orgasm. You need to relax in the bedroom, because whatever you do will feel good in some way or another. Your anxieties can also distract you from what is going on, which means you don't get the chance to fully experience the pleasures of sex. If it helps, speak to your partner about your anxieties and tell them what you are stressing about during sex.
3. Differences between men and women
Men are visual creatures. This means that what they see turns them on. A woman's orgasm, on the other hand, happens in her head. Thus, men and women have different roots to their stimulation. Lack of an orgasm might mean either of these needs isn't being fulfilled. A great way to work around this and make sex more fun is to include a lot of foreplay in your love-making session. You can do this by trying out role-playing or using sex toys. Make sure to take it slow for a great build-up to your orgasm.
4. Performance issues
Porn has an impact on your sex life. It can increase your expectations to a considerable extent, which may not be fulfilled, thus hampering your experience in the bedroom. A lot of people become so focused on reproducing that experience that they forget that its real life. The focus on performance overwhelms their actual experience of sex, which results in an inability to reach orgasm. Try to accept the fact that you don't really have to perform for your partner. Your partner appreciates you for what you are, despite everything.
5. Mental blocks
A problem in the relationship, certain health conditions like depression, past trauma and negative social conditioning can all have negative impacts on your ability to orgasm. Talk to your partner about past trauma if you have any, and what your triggers are. Consider speaking to a sex therapist as mental health issues should never be neglected. Depression hits the libido hard, and the problem is only compounded by antidepressants. Negative social conditioning can only be helped by therapy, so try to reach out to a mental health professional. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.
