Hello, you have to do hot water fomentation first then apply ointments, do it thrice a day, if symptoms persist consult physio in person, avoid painkillers.

OK do hot fomentations and stretch ur neck muscle with shoulder. avoid toward bending and lifting weight. isometric exercise in regular . tk calcium supplements.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I have been suffering from muscle stiffness and knee joint pains for last 3 years and the doctors said it is because of deficiency of vitamin d, also it takes time to go in gears after rising from the bed especially feeling lazy but once I am on my toes no problems. I am taking vitamin d tablets once in a week for the last 2 and half years, but no improvement. You are probably suffering from Osteoarthritis (OA) of knee. (TKR) total knee replacement is a good procedure for OA knee. when done in properly selected patient,It gives uniformly good results. In our series we have over 95% satisfied patients. Pain disappears & patients are able to resume activities of daily living (ADL) IN 2-3 Wks. It should be done before the patient becomes bed ridden. No use of doing operation,when patient is not able to take benefit of surgery. Kindly show me x-rays & other reports so that a final decision is taken.

You should eat more calcium and Vitamin D. Take a calcium supplement for now but do not forget to include calcium sources in your food. Sit in mild sun rays for half an hour daily.

1. Take paracetamol 500mg, 1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Avoid stress and anxiety.

Hi, Looking at your symptoms you could be having a locked knee which generally happens with an injury of meniscus. Kindly visit an orthopaedic surgeon who will examine you and suggest further investigations if required. If meniscal injury is to be diagnosed it has to be done in an MRI scan only.

1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Do not think. Don't worry I am here to help you. You take hemol syrup 1spoon after lunch end dinner for 3 days than 2spoon after lunch end 2 after dinner for 2 month. Take oorja500 mg tablet 1 after breakfast for one month than feedback to me.

Dear it can be muscle spasm or ligament tear, or any other problem. Get an X ray knee done. revert back with reports. Apply mahanarayan oil on knee and crepe bandage on it twice a day. Take pain killer if pain persists.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.
