Dear, at your age, memory problems like amnesia are not common. Many young people are having problems with memory. These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. You need to understand this. If you still say, you are having memory problems, we need to check your memory using memory test. If you want more of my help in this regard, please contact me. Take care.

For a diabetic person, it is important to have proper diet suggested by the doctor, take prescribed medicines on time, have some daily exercise routine, and learn to manage stress. Please take her to a doctor. The doctor needs to check her other parameters as well and then will prescribe medicines and will suggest some life style changes. Diabetes can prove to be dangerous if the patient does not take suggested care. But there are people who are living with diabetes for over 30 yrs, who follow doctor's advice. Diabetes can be managed. You need not worry about it. But you must take her to a doctor and follow the doctor's advice.

Suicide is never a solution for any problem, it will not help you or reduce pain. U can stay fearful to your dad, but request him for sometime to talk to you will definitely help. Just talk to him. No medication are available to over come fear. Anti anxiety medication will help in short term.

I am living with my husband .but every time when my husband asked me to live with my in-laws for some days I really get upset. I never want to live with my in-laws. My husband doesn't understand this. It create difference between .it really hurts me. I don't know what to do .

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Your in-laws are your husbands parents. Your husband has some responsibilities towards them. Your husband responsibility means it is yours too. If your in-laws are bad, you have to correct them. These type of family problems are there in every family. Please live with them and learn to adjust with them. Your husband will understand you. But he has his duties and responsibilities towards his parents. Don't put your husband in mental stress. I suggest online family counseling to you and your husband. Take care.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you should have been on thyroxine hormone, as tsh is too high, showing severe hypothyroidism. Plus you will have to avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts and coffee. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Use whole grain flour for chapati nad roti. Do not use food made of refined flour like maida. Plus you will have to take a restricted diet that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight (80 kgs). Your bmi is 34.87 kgs showing grade 2 obesity. Most important is immediate tsh reduction. Thanks for the question.

Hi, I quit smoking since 40 days but in between had cravings for it and under unavoidable situation I had to smoke one cigarette. So overall I had smoked 5 cigarettes in this 40 days. Can you please help to forget this smoking habit.

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.
