Neck Pain This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression I used to have a shoulder pain for working in front of the computer. Do you suggest any medicine or exercise? This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain After a good sleep getting up in the morning I get usually pains in shoulder joints & in the back: It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason your body becomes tired though you had good sleep during the night. The pain in the shoulder and back shows that your muscles become too tired especially in the area of the body where you get maximum body weight (ie. Back) and the shoulder which moves excessively during the day for any activity which we do with our hand. If the pain subsides after the day starts ie. Once your metabolic activity starts in the body then you become alright, so you can take bath in good warm water which would help you to break the tiredness. And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. I am 28 year old suffering with back bone pain, I am not able to work what should I do.

MSc in Orhopedic Physiotherapy (UK), BPTh/BPT

I am 28 year old suffering with back bone pain, I am not able to work what should I do.
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

I feel more pressure on right leg while not on left leg when I walk I feels that all the pressure in right leg is it harmful? And if it is then how to maintain such pressure in both legs?

I feel more pressure on right leg while not on left leg when I walk I feels that all the pressure in right leg is it ...
Yes it is harmfull to bear more weight on single leg. There may be so many reasons in this case. May be you have weak left hip joint or may be your left knee has arthiritis that's why your left leg is not taking equal weight. Or weakness of left leg muscles can also be the cause. So first you should visit some orthopedician and get yourself checked and diagnosed properly. A proper diagnosis is must for a proper treament.
