Wear the right glasses sit and study in good light do not rub your eyes you can also splash water on closed eyes for relaxation can also use some lubricanting eye drops.

Hello, you can use lenses instead of spectacles but you need to consult an eye specialist in order to ascertain the number of the contact lenses required for you. Also the doctor can guide you on how to wear and remove it safely and tell you the safety and hygiene protocol so that your eyes are safe n sound while using them. These are necessary as the lenses are worn directly over the cornea and irresponsible handling can have serious implications, damaging the cornea or contracting infection and allergies. Once you are acquainted with the protocol and you follow it wearing lenses is a routine. Take care.

For better vision: 1. Blink a lot 2. Cold compresses 3. Use glasses (if you r already using them) 4. Use lubricating eyedrop for sleep cycle 1. Eat balanced diet 2. Exercise a lot 3. Sleep at proper time and wake up early at time.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens as your age is now 22 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

All depends on your own needs. If you are comfortable with spectacles, then use them. If you don't want them, you can use contact lenses, or have lasik done. But at this age near vision starts decreasing and no. Changes, so lasik might not be preferable.

Constant work on pc or laptop can cause this. You should take rest from work every 15-20 min for about 20 sec and look at some distant object about 20 feet away. This will help in relaxing your eyes. You can use some lubricant eye drops eg lubrex eye drops 1 drop every 2 hourly.

Loss of vision in in right eye has led to divergent squint because eyeball with no Vision take anatomical position which is not straight but divergent squint ,after Squint surgery it will be straight but after 5-10 years it will return to its previous position because it has no Vision, with regards.

Hello, Can you see the near objects clearly? Then follow the below points. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic, onions and capers. Blueberries, grapes, and goji berries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, and cod. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Hello do not worry this is due to dryness measures include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop 5. Use goggles when in sunlight. Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persists. Please do not use pyrimonit is steroid and may damage your eye when used without advise of doctor.

Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap.
