I am 40 three years old man. Recently there is problem in climbing up in stairs in the knee joints and feeling fatigueness in the two legs below knee joints when sitting couple of hours time in chair in office.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are ways to keep your uric acid to low values by decreasing intake of rem meat, alcohol, rice in your diet and other purine rich sources should be reduced. Also increase your water intake so that uric acid is excreted from body well. Nowadays there is a medication by the name of febuxostat which helps in lowering uric acid levels in body. kindly take, amrutotaram kshayam, 20 ml, twice a day before meals, twice a day.Take dashmoolarishta, 20 ml, in half a glass of warm water, after meals, twice a day. Cut down sugar, salt, spicy food, fast food, eating after 8 pm at night like practice from your routine. Sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night. Continue the regime for 2 months.

I am taking sufficient food daily. 1boiled egg in the morning and 3 bananas daily after food. But my body improvement is less. I am running 2 kms daily. My health is good. But my body is likely to visible weak but I am strength. What should I do to increase body. Please give simple tricks. I am from middle class family. I can't spend huge money for it. My weight is 63 kg and height is 6 ft. I am 22 years old.

Firstly be confident of yourself. Don't compare with others. Dont compare with film stars... Strength and Stamina are important... bulky muscles are not important. Players like Sachin or Virat don't have any bulging muscles. You can add some addtional things to your diet 1. 20 grams of Almonds or Peanuts everyday. 2. Two glasses of full cream milk with honey. 3. Four dates and 10 raisins. 4. Do chinups and pushups regularly for shoulders shape and strength. Feel good about yourself. Be positive... Smile a lot... These are the things that matter the most.

My aged is 30, not married. Last some years, I am having leg pain. Because of that leg pain I can not able to sleep for the past four years. Even I can not sleep with my friends or with family member, they will make fun at me, because I will punch my calf myself and pushing my leg for pain relief without my knowledge while sleeping. And I can not able to sit for more than 15 minutes, can not able to drive car for more than a hour. Checked with many doctors and took many medicines, but no use. Please suggest me some treatment or some other.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. From morning m feeling like weakness, my both legs, thighs are paining that m not able to walk properly, after that I had loose motions, and from that moment till now my right side of the stomach, back,and waist is paining, if I'm shouting little, walking, my right side abdomen and waist starts paining. It's sound good that you r taking treatment for it but you need to followup with the Dr. again & ask them your queries whatever you have. Second thing is if you don't have any craving for gutakha it means you r really taking efforts to stop it. Create your own self confidence to come out from the addiction of gutakha. गर्मी के दिनों में पानी की कमी बहुत ही जल्दी हो जाती है इसे दूर करने का एक मात्र उपाय पानी का अधिक सेवन ही है।

No oil cooking campaign

Restaurant style mushroom veggie momos. A no oil recipe.

A famous tibetan street food steamed delicacy.

As I am into no oil food campaign for a healthy you. I have come up with this unique recipe which can be cherished by all age groups and family members irrespective of the health complaints.

I fusioned and made it a little more healthy by adding wheat germ to the dough and excluding oil usage completely.

It is always good to have one meal of the day completely without oil especially after 40 plus.

It's a rare combination of healthy, tasty and light on stomach meal combo.

It's very easy, but have to follow certain tips while preparing, do not expose the dough to air as the moisture goes off.

Stuffing can either be veg or nonveg, steamed fish, steamed chicken or mutton kneema, minced prawns, fish eggs, egg scramble, crab meat, finely chopped baby corn, shredded paneer, tofu, list is endless, but make sure your stuffing does not contain mush moisture as it can make the dough moist and mushy with which the momo may shakeout and filling doesn't stay intact.

Reserve some stuffing to make a sauce which will be an accompaniment for the momos.

Rest the dough at least for 30 minutes.

Stay fit. Be healthy. Enjoy tasty food and satisfy your psyche.

HELLO, according to Ayurveda asthma is main reason that your weight is not increasing because it affect immune system of boby. i'll suggest go for proper ayurvedic treatment. VAMAN & BASTI r very usefull. massage with hot sesame oil to back & chest daily at evening, afterwards take hot fomentation. dont eat spicy & oily foods avoid banana ,gauva avoid cold drinks. do pranayam under observation. to improve immunity do suryanamaskar at least 12 per day stop smoking active & passive (if doing)
