Hi, tooth ache can be caused due to deep decay or even gum related issues concerning the particular tooth. Pain killers can give you only temporary relief and not advisable to take for longer periods. Its better to consult your dentist and get the tooth treated as soon as possible. If the decay is extensive or if the tooth is damaged beyond the point of saving only then its advised to extract the particular tooth, otherwise its always better to save the tooth.

Hello. Please apply avarta under eye cream twice a day on dark circles for 3 months. Have fruits, proper sleep and adequate amount of water daily. Avoid stress and sun exposure. Wear sunglasses during sun exposure.

Hi about your acne, oily skin the eruption of pimples or acne, black marks and oily skin/ face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face. Precautions- * don't scratch or pinch your pimples this will cause more damage and scars. * avoid fried and oily foods. * prefer fruits and green vegetables. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi joint pain is very common in Rheumatoid Arthritis and it requires lots of exercises to reduce the pain and to maintain and restore joint movement. Mr. Lybrate-user, with diabetes, having a weight of 94 kgs, is not really good. It means he has a bmi of 32.52 kgs/m2, which is grade 1 obesity. This itself contributes to increased glucose level or not getting enough control on blood glucose. Taking home made pomegranate juice is fine, but there is should be no sugar in it, plus quantity should be limited. Also blood glucose should be in good control. At 170 cms height and with 70 years age, ideal body weight should be 63 kgs. Please keep that in mind. Thanks.

Fortunately, this depression is related to an extraneous event. Once this event it managed well in terms of the emotions associated with it, you will feel much better. I recommend that you meet with a business consultant and see what he advises. For the emotional aspect you could meet with a counselor and sort that out. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.
