I want to loose my weight for which I have tried all the things/ Treatment which were suggested by all my relatives but there is no result of all these. I am frustrated, firstly I wil like to make sure I am not very fatty but I want to loose weight and have a fit body. I also want to grow to muscles and have a stronger body which raise my personality and also become me notable. Dear lybrate-user, your bmi is normal. You need not to worry about your weight. If you want increase your muscle mass, you need to do lots strenghtnjng exercise along with the balanced diet. You should not go for pills and other stuffs, these are not good for health. Pre workout meal and post workout meal is important. Have a high protein diet and drink good amount of fluid.

Hi, I have anemia and my doctor prescribed iron supplements and I was fine with those iron supplements until three months ago and recently I really have problem with them. Iron supplements make me have constipation and it really hurts me. I have IBS and I stopped taking supplements for weeks and it really helped me. I took iron supplements for two years without any problem so I just wanna know if constipation is happening because of iron supplements or IBS.

Iron supplements for 2 years is too much of a long time. What is your Hb now. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. For a healthy and effective weight loss, -Cut back on all junk and processed food -Plan your meals: Plan meals ahead of time and make sure they are calorie controlled. Include lots of healthy food such as fruits and vegetables in your diet. drink plenty of water and liquids3 to 4 litres / day. drink coconut water. avoid going outdoor between 12 noon to 6 pm. do morning walk or exercise daily. do Pranayam - specialy Sheetli pranayam. feel free to ask privately for more scientific suggestions.

To get pregnant how many times is intercourse is required and when after periods.
If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. Regular intercourse means 3-4 times a week.

PolyUnsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA) oils are divided into two types of oils. Ie. Omega-6 and Omega-3 Oils. # Omega - 6 oils are contained in seed oils like - Soyabean Oil - Cottonseed Oil- Sunflower Seeds - Almonds etc. # Omega -3 oils are contained in - Walnuts - Fish oils - Flaxeed etc. >> WEIGHT LOSS ISSUE<<. Omega 6 or 3 are not associated with any kind of weight loss. Rather eating too much of oils will increase weight. It is recommended that in one day you should not have more than 5 teaspoons of Oil. This includes all types of Oil/Ghee. >> Bottomline is that >> 1, There is no Oil/Medicine/Herb/supplement that can burn body fat. 2. The excess fats in our body can only be burnt/reduced by exercise + Diet.

I am a male 45 years of age with a height of 5 ft and 11 inches with a weight of 92 kgs currently. I had been maintaining 73 till about a year and a half back. Of late, I have added a lot of flab in my tummy area. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver and have problems with digestion too. My eating habits are erratic though I avoid eating heavy and oily food. I am not into drinking too though I do have a beer or two once a week. Need your thorough advice to eradicate the problem.

Obesity is one of the cause of fatty liver disease you ought to reduce weight by regular exercise ,maintaining healthy eating habits. Eat small meal at regular intervals drink more water about 3 liters a day tab aarogya vardhni 2 tab twice a day tab triphla gugul 2 twice a day for 30 days do follow up later on.
