Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra half kg gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1 kg a week.  Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories.  If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Thanku!

nutrition is very important in muscle building. you might want to add protein in your diet to increase protein compnent to 50% of energy need. daily intake of gram a katori full in breakfast and pulses and eggs will be helpful

Hello Lybrate User Back Pain is curable through Proper physiotherapy treatment &exercise. Prolong time Pain cause muscle weakness hence extra weakness leads to stiffness and severe pain. Other factors such as Age related changes and seasonal change i.e winter season are additinal factors to enhance pain. If possible visit to qualified & experienced physiotherapist. Apply gently muscle relxant gel. Take hot formentation. Avoid positions like squatting, forward bending, heavy weigth lifting, slow stair climbing, etc.

Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

My brother he is 17 years old he has only one testicals not by birth another was missing nea upper side of penis but that we delayed pushing it to bag now its no use is it the problem in future for him.

During development testicles decent from abdomen and reaches to scrotal sac before birth. Sometimes testis may arrest at a place higher than scrotum. This causes empty scrotal sac at that side. This has happened with your brother. In this case opinion of surgeon should be sought at the earliest as hormonal function of testis may be affected. In your brother's case although it is late but one must get checked as descended testis may turn malignant (cancerous) at any time in future.

Wheat is known as king of cereals. It makes the body stout and keeps the mind calm. This helps in increasing oncentration, reducing insomnia, anxiety, irritation and restlessness, thereby , balancing ones behavior. Wheat contains iron, calcium, iacin, thiamin and fiber. But you will be surprised to know that some people are allergic to wheat. Let us know more about it.

Samiksha started remaining sick when she was about four years old. She was constantly suffering from cough, cold, omiting, diarrhea, gastro, swelling on the body, suddenly crying in the night and always wishing to lye idle, etc. She did not gain any weight and height during this period. She became very weak. Lots of pathology tests were done but the ailment could not be diagnosed. She was then taken to Bombay where a biopsy through endoscopy was done and it was found that the villi of her small intestine was slowly deteriorating. She was suffering from celiac , i.E. Allergy from wheat. She must eat other things than wheat. Her relatives were puzzled and wondered that what she will eat now? How her body will work without eating wheat? In fact, when a person suffers from celiac, his body can not digest Gluten protein
found in the wheat and the villi of small intestines starts getting damaged. Effected person suffers from Diarrhea, gastritis, cough, cold, anemia, and absence of growth in the body.

April 2014 Science News | Elafin, a human protein, plays a key role against the inflammatory reaction typical of celiac disease (gluten intolerance), research has shown. The researchers have also developed a probiotic bacterium able to deliver Elafin in the gut of mice. This innovation paves the way to new strategies to treat gluten intolerance.

Wheat can create three types of problems: Allergy, gluten intolerance, and wheat imbalance.
Allergy from wheat:

Wheat contains Protein, Albumin. Globulin, Gleadin, and Gluten. When I G E (immunoglobulin E) reacts against them in the form of Anti-bodies, people become allergic to wheat. Normal symptoms are : skin diseases (articaria, Eczema, engiodima); Gastritis, nausea, vomiting, asthma and allergic rheumatics.

Gluten intolerance:
Celiac is also known as Gluten antropathy. So far it was known as gluten intolerance. In Celiac disease (CD) ,Gluten protein found in the wheat acts as a villain to the immune system of the body. When Gluten goes into the body through food, it starts damaging the villi of mucosa of small intestine. Function of the villi of small intestine is to extract nutritious elements from the food and inject them into the blood circulation. Food contains vitamins, calcium, protein, carbohydrates, fats and other nutrition. If the villi is damaged, the function of extracting nutrition from the food will seriously be effected and the person will suffer from malnutrition. Celiac is the result of the reaction of IG-A and IG-B antibodies against Gluten. Celiac can be diagnosed early in the children compared to elder persons, because the symptoms in elderly people are not serious. Doctors often take it as instable bowl syndrome (IBS), food allergy,
chronic fattening, anorexia, or malnutrition.

According to University of Maryland, centre for celiac research, Baltimore , one among 133 Americans are suffering from celiac. According to international eating disorder clinic, celiac is one of the main hereditary disease. According to Jaipur JK Lone hospital data, in and around Jaipur around 1500 children are suffering from celiac.

The Gluten Summit and Celiac Disease

Wheat intolerance:
Immune system of the body is not included in it. In fact, so far it is not known that why some people are effected by wheat intolerance. But some specialists are of the opinion that some persons can not digest wheat because in there body enough enzymes are not present.

General Symptoms:
Diarrhea, constipation, stoteria(presence of fat in the stool), Fits, excessive gas in the stomach, stomach ache, weakness, loss of weight, pain in joints and bones, easy fracture in the body, muscle-cramps ,swelling,Peripheral neuropathy , restlessness, depression, apathy in the mouth, skin rashes, spots on the teeth, white spots on the nails,burning in the throat, cold, asthma, allergic rhinitis.

Treatment
There is no specific medicine. As it is caused on account of allergy from wheat, the patient has to stop eating wheat, barley, oats, as they contain gluten. Instead, he has to eat alternative food. This will start curing villi of the damaged parts of body and within 24months celiac is cured and the person becomes normal. To cure the weakness in the body, medicines for vitamins, protein, calcium is given to the patient.

What should NOT be eaten:
Wheat, wheat flour, fine flour, Puri, semolina, barley, oats, samosa, mathari, patties, bread, porridge, millet, chocolate, Jalebi, Burfi, born vita, custard powder, toffee, sauce, curry powder, boost, gulab jamun, protein powder, biscuit, readymade corn flakes.

What to eat:
Rice, chiwda, murmura, arrowroot, sago, maize, jawar, millet, flour of water chestnut, flour of kuttu, flour of potato, milk and milk made products, (butter, ghee, ); fresh meat, fish, eggs, all kinds of pulses, fruits, and vegetables, tea , coffee, honey , rosgulla, home made gram flour things, idli, dosa, sambhar, pop-corn, roasted gram,
rice noodles, petha etc.

Investigation of celiac disease: blood test, TTG, biopsy of small intestine. IGA anti body.

It is true that you'll be putting the breaks on gaining weight if you're nutrition is impaired. Gain the lean weight you need. However, there is a clear difference in getting bigger and getting more muscular. I am talking about gaining weight without getting fat which will make you more muscular, not just bigger. If you're training protein free, you won't be able to gain weight or add an impressive amount of muscle mass if you're not consuming enough clean calories to promote hypertrophy; i. E. Muscle growth. On the contrary, if you don't eat enough, chances are that you'll lose muscle no matter how hard you train. These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Hello. My beard growing speed is very good. But for someday when I got clean shaved. My beard did not get from my old speed its grow very slow. Nd my hairs get rough nd my hairs lost their shine. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair.

Hi lybrate-user, the fear and the resultant stress has occupied your mind so much that you are unable to concentrate on anything. You need help of a psychologist to discuss your stress and find ways to manage and come out of it completely. Engage in regular physical activity that matches your abilities. This can include walking your dog through the park or a more vigorous exercise regimen such as high-intensity interval training. Research shows that regular exercise provides mood-enhancing endorphins that not only help build self-esteem but take your mind off what's making you anxious. In order to be sure that you stick to a routine of regular physical activity, it's best to sample a variety of activities and rotate between a few that you enjoy the most. For example, you might like participating in group sports most. However, you might also enjoy swimming for when you do not have a group of people with whom you can play. Always speak to your doctor before starting a new fitness regimen. Train yourself to be calm with meditation or yoga. Daily engagement in calming activities can help you rid yourself of anxiety or keep these feelings under control. Meditation involves mindfully clearing your mind of fears or worries and focusing on cleansing, relaxing breaths. Yoga incorporates stretching and body positions called asanas with meditation and breathing techniques for a full-body calm. Look up meditation for beginners or online or sign up for a yoga class at a fitness studio near you. Practice deep breathing. Imagine your stomach as a balloon. Inhale fully and deeply through your nose, feeling your stomach expanding. Then, exhale, gradually allowing your stomach to collapse. You can perform deep breathing exercises during a panic attack or frequently throughout the day to reduce stress and fend off anxious feelings. 20 to 30 minutes of deep breathing daily is ideal. Reciting a script in your head like" I am safe. Or" I am perfectly calm. May help. Eat more fruits and less junk foods, green leafy vegetables and no coffee.

For dandruff-take 20 ml neem tail end take 50 ml perashute coconute oil mix end keep in bottal daily massaje morning end night with finger tips for a month. Change food habites. Add in yoyears food calcium, vitamines, proteins, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, will help. Use cap if you are going in sunlight.
