Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Cough is the natural reflex action of a human being to clear the throat or breathing passage from obstructions by foreign particles. Whooping cough or pertussis can be identified by the whooping sound that accompanies cold cough. Whooping cough is caused due to bacterial infection or through transmission from the infected person.

The following are few symptoms of whooping cough:

  1. Runny nose and frequent sneezing
  2. Cough accompanied by a whooping sound
  3. Frequent vomiting
  4. Nasal congestion
  5. Fever
  6. Sore throat
  7. Fatigue

Whooping cough must be cured since it can pose serious health hazards for both children and adults and at times can even turn out to be life threatening. Ayurveda can effectively heal whooping cough naturally. The

Following are few simple steps offered by ayurveda for treating whooping cough:

  1. Honey: This is the most common and effective remedy suggested for whooping cough. Take a tablespoon of honey and mix it in a glass of lukewarm water to experience fast relief.
  2. Avoid smoking: Smoking makes whooping cough worse. So you must take care to quit the habit of smoking.
  3. Castor oil: Castor oil is also a remedy for whooping cough offered by ayurveda.

Dear lybrate user... A) 60 ml of aamla juice and 15 ml of honey along with 60 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach... B) take 30 ml of ojus syrup along with 30 ml of water after meals... C) instill 3-3 drops of badam tail in each nostril, at night before sleep... You have not clearly mentioned your symptoms or the reason why you believe you are suffering from typhoid. However, let me assure you that typhoid is an infectious disease and sustaining the disease for 5 years is not feasible. In such a long time, either it would have cured on its own accord or would have developed complications for which you would have been forced to go to a doctor. So whatever you are suffering from, its very unlikely that its typhoid. Kindly post ypur symptoms in a little detail, or visit a doctor to help find the cause of whatever discomfort you are feeling.

Dear, stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus. For take relief follow these methods: * take i/3 rd piece of ginger boil it in one glass of water, when half glass water remain then take it with one teaspoon of ajwayin. * use warm water bottle put it on your stomach area with wrap in the towel. * take rest properly do not do hard work. *Do running and jogging daily for 5 to 10 minutes . Do not do running and jogging before 7days from periods coming date . * Do massage with lukewarm mustard oil around area below stomach and back .

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Heart blockage means that the blood vessel supplying blood to heart is blocked, it results in pain called angina where heart tissue is not damaged or a heart attack with damage to tissue of heart. One needs treatment for both, depending on numbers of blockages & % age of heart function.

I have filing tiredness. Before three month my total cholesterol is 268. And ldl is 208. Then I start the exercise and now total cholesterol is 218 and ldl is 140. And Hdl is 53. Eat healthy foods small amount more frequently.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods.Eat plenty of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unprocessed foods.Eat fish,egg white,lentil,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,cottage cheese,soy milk,soybean,soy product.Use olive oil,canola,coconut oil,refined vegetable oil in small amount.Use nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.These will help you.

I would suggest her to following home remedy Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Add a pinch of saffron 8. Mix well 9. Drink this every morning this is very helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.
