Hi lybrate-user, your comdition could be plantar fascitis either due to osteophytes or thinning of sole pads. I'd suggest doing ice fomentatiom along with silicon sole support & padding in shoes. If you still continue to have pain even after doing this visit a interventional pain specialist or orthopedician for further diagnosis & treatment.

Hello. Firstly you should get your x-ray done for the sake of precautions. You are having a fractured leg so you must be on bed rest for about 2-3 months or maybe more. And it is usually said that longer bed rest changes your circadian rhythm. Various hormones and enzymes are released in a 24 hour schedule. Since your leg was bandaged so there must be lack of vitamins and calcium. If you feel that your bones are getting weaker then you can 1 gm of wet lime stone (chuna. Along with 100 gm of curd, juice or water. You will feel all the deficiencies will vanish. Please do not use it if you have a problem of kidney stone or other such problems. Do consult a dietitian or a wellness coach. Thanks.

. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Apparantly this seems to be a common neurological encounter. If you have a recent history of fall then this can be a compressive neuropathy. The main treatment modality will be rest, physiotherapy, analgesics and multivitamins (methylcobalamin for instance). This can also be due to nutritional deficiencies. Taking your weight into account the chances of compressive neuropathy are high. A mri of ls spine and ncv of your affected limb would be diagnostic. For the time being rely on resting and consult any general physician for analgesic prescription. Do not indulge in over the counter medications. Stay healthy. Take care.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Wear elbow support 3. Don't lift heavy things. 4. Do hot fermentation twice a day 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping 6. Take calcium and vitamin D 3 for one month minimum.

If you are soft ware engineer with rt hand working this is bound to happen because unscientific use of computer. Is there any history of injury to shoulder. Check it up, Do Simple Ashtang yoga which should help to relax the muscles and mentally feel relieved.

Your problem in simple terms is Sciatica due to disc bulge. Surgery is definitely needed if you have weakness or loss of sensation of legs or loss of control over urine or stools. If you don't have above complications you should go for consultation with pain specialist and get epidural injection. A drug mixture consisting of steroid and local anesthetic is injected in epidural space (surrounding the spinal cord) which decreases the inflammation and pain of disc pressing on nerve. The procedure is done in operation theatre by interventional pain specialist using X Ray machine. It relieves pain of Sciatica and patient can easily start physiotherapy after this.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Definitely exercise can help you. Pls do spinal flexion and extension exercises. That may help you to live without problems.
