Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hello, sleep duration varies from person to person.Few of them are absolutely productive and energetic even after 6 hours of sleep whereas few need more. Unless there is no decrease in the productivity you should not worry,but on an average 6 to 7 hours of sound sleep is important.

I am 50 year old lady. I feel pain in both my knees while sitting (mainly in sqautted position) and while standing up from seated position. Actually I have consulted doctor earlier when I was in severe pain, he told that it is curable only by exercise. He told that their is water in your knees and taking out water from injection is temporary solution. Please suggest me what to do and any cure.

Mr. Lybrate-user, I am a bit surprised to see such high sugar levels in spite of regular treatment. I would be glad to be of help, but would like to know following details: 1) current fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c%, 2) dietary pattern giving details of day's intake, 3) extent of daily exercise - brisk walking etc, 4) present drugs with dosage and any complaints in addition to these. I would like to tell you that the main work of oil is only to make your hair shine but that shine won't last long. Your hair can become beautiful only if you are healthy internally. So take lots of healthy food to make your hair beautiful. Now about the system, apply oil on one night and shampoo the next day. Your hair will look nice. The system you are talking about is not quite right. If you apply oil and then shampoo within 2 hours, the oil will not show its effect quite much, you have to apply oil and keep your hair like that for about 8 hours or more for the best effect, alright? Hi M 19 years old girl. Aaj morning me mene bhutta khaaya tha thoda sa. and after that 1 have taken tea and some namkeen with that. Iske alaawa aur kuch bhi nhi khaya mene morning se. Phir mene 3-4 bje k bich market ka white sauce pasta kha liya. Then uske 1 hr baad mene market me hi 1 glass water piya. and just after that mujhe bht tej se vomiting type lgne lga. and then after 10-15 minutes baad, mujhe vomiting ho gya. and all water came out ,which I had drunked .uske baad 1 ghante k ander mujhe 4 baar aur vomiting hue h.infact abhi bhi mujhe vomit type feel ho rha h.can you tell me please ,ye mujhe kyun ho rha h jb ki mene medical shop se ek medicine bhi liya h.apni situation bta kr. Unhone 1 capsule abhi khane ko kha tha. and then 1 in morning. Capsule ka name to nhi pta mujhe. But maine 1 kha liya h and after that maine 1 aaloo ki roti. 1 sukhi roti with tori ki sbji bhi khai h, and chai bhi piya h.but abhi bhi mujhe vomiting feel ho rhi h. and darr bhi lg rha kahi dobara na vomit ho jaye mujhe. Thanks for the query. Most important thing in treating Non alcoholic fatty liver is to reduce weight at least by 10%, then take healthy balanced diet and do regular exercise. These measures help in controlling the condition. Plus your blood glucose has to be in excellent control with FBG<100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Thanks.

Hello- In healthy men, normal testosterone levels generally range between 300 ng/dL and 1050 ng/dL. Your testosterone is definitely below normal. You should consult your sexologist.

Your daily diet and lifestyle should have 1.2-3 litres of water in a day. 2.200 g of green vegetables. 3.4-5 fulkas per day. 4.4 cups of dal 5.200 ml of milk. 6.100 g of fresh fruits (no juice). 7.1 cup of rice and little1-2 tsf desi ghee. 8. Direct sun exposure for 10 m. 9. Daily 15 m. Of walking/ jogging or sports. 10.1 hour of club life where you can meet and laugh with friends.
