Do take mobilisation and strengthening exercises from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 5 days regularly do revert back for further assistance best wishes.

When you climbing upstairs some pressure is present on knee joint. Use hot pack to the area. Do active and passive movement regularly. Advice: Avoid cross leg sitting.

Might be because of weak back muscles/ longer duration of sitting continuously/ lifting some heavy weight/ incorrect posture/ may be deficiency of vit d. Precautions- avoid sitting continuously. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do hot fomentation start doing back muscles strengthening exercises. Correct posture. Still pain doesn't subside, visit doctor.

You should consult orthopedic knee specialist to do primary investigations, X rays, blood investigations, to decide your fitness which is more important, your HB level any cardiac or BP Diabetes problem should be controlled. Cost varies from 1 lac t0 1.5 lac depending upon your condition & requirement.

Go for weight loss minimum 5 kg, more than 50% of your knee pain will get better. Remaining, consult with a Qualified Physiotherapist for Knee evaluation and Exercise program to control knee pain by Strenthening the Knee Muscles. To prevent Uric Acid level get increased, avoid red meat, alcohol, beans, peas, potatoes, okra, rajma etc. Take Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tsp mixed in a full glass of lukewarm water daily. Take Vitamin C tablets 500g (one tab twice daily after meal) Contact your Physician to control Uric Acid by Prescription Drugs. Hope it helps..

I am 30 years of age .I have been having ankle cramps and pain and also pain in my foot muscles during early morning as I wake up n it will become normal in few min first steps will be painful. I feel restless legs and there is no swelling n can walk normally. Am taking nurokind lc but not working with this medication. Please tell me about the problem and medication for it.

Hello follow all these below take contrast bath thrice a day use silicon heel pads take us and tens therapy at physio clinic along with also take tab hifenac Mr. for 5 days once a day, tab calmopic once a day ankle stretchin and strengthning exercises also.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing. you are too young, and you can improve your diet with good Iron, vitamin and calcium and protein diet.

I have had ankle injuries twice in a span of 15 days. Got it checked there was no fracture. But its been now 3 months and still it hurts sometimes while I walk. What should I do?

Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.
