Respected sir, here I am going to mention about my major problem about my health. Sir I am 22years old now. My weight is 50kg. It seems to be less. Sir from the earlier stage I have been teased for my thin body. It is true that l am thin and under weighted. My friends asks me to eat more foods, some suggest to join gym. Sir it is not possible for me to take much of food at a time as they suggested. One of my uncle advised me to take" becosules" capsule regularly. I am confused thinking what to do or what not to? You need health check ups first. Follow these guidelines. Eat extra more frequently than before. Do not skip meals. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add ghee, butter etc with foods extra. Eat fish, egg, meat etc more. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep at night. These are simple things but for more details and quick guaranteed result consul me privately on lybrate.

Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. More history needed for perfact diagnosis & treatment.

Slight shaping of the tooth structure to create symmetry is possible. But if removed in excess would result in loss of enamel and result in sensitivity.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Dear doctor, I'm underweight, y age is 28 , weight- 48 kg, height- 169 cm. I underwent some medical tests. In this tests, my HDL cholesterol is 36 mg | dl and LDL cholesterol is 112 mg | dl . Chronic stress is associated with most chronic diseases. You have mentitled about your anxiety. I am not sure if you are doing any kind of exercise on a regular basis. Regular exercise will surely help you wit anxiety. If need be you may consult a counselor and learn few techniques to manage and overcome anxiety. This will enhance your quality of life. Also your hdl cholesterol which is a good cholesterol is relatively low. May be because you don't exercise regularly. You are quiet young. Start regular exercise Join gym or go for run or even sport like football or tennis badminton would be good. Exercise will help you wit anxiety. It will increase your good cholesterol.
