this is mainly due to vitiation of rakta dhatu. You are not able to digest spicy, salty & chilly foods. You should stop these items & have more milk, ghee, coconut, dhaniya, chandan, onion etc in diet which are cooling foods. have 1 amla daily. It will detoxify the blood.

Fibroid issue is treatable? Won't it cause any other problems? Can you suggest some of the home remedies for the same.

Fibroid issue is treatable? Won't it cause any other problems? Can you suggest some of the home remedies for the same.
Fibroid treatment depends upon the size, site and number of fibroids. It doesn't give rise to cancer. Fibroids can be best treated by surgery. Medications can subside symptoms. No home remedies cure fibroids.

Hello, You need not to worry about your disease as we have got expertise in treating Vitiligo (white spot). With more than 20000 patients in last 15 years we have refined ayurvedic treatment which is capable of giving quick results and is safe. Vitiligo (white spot) is a genetic disorder triggered by indigestion and stressful conditions. There is always a confusion in patients’ mind regarding choosing right treatment approach for vitiligo. Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use. 2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication. 3.Ayurveda -If one thinks about. It is difficult to find a good Consultant. Suggesting any medicines or local application to you will not be a good idea, as I will require a complete case taking so that the root of cause is eliminated to prevent relapse. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.

Dear, Dark spots on face and body could be because of pigmentation, any allergies to particular foods or cosmetics and other conditions. Pigmentation can occur due to sun damage, ageing, stress, or any other factors. It can be treated very effectively with very advanced treatments. It would be helpful if you can come to clinic once and show so that we can help you in treating this before it spreads more. Thank you.

Use kz cream twice daily, along with the following medicine. Contact me or send photos on direct private online consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment. Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema, bacterial and viral infection, doctor need to see to confirm the diagnosis. So, meet me in my clinic or do direct online consultation by sending photos for detailed information and medicine for treatment.

Sunscreen can protect your skin against skin cancer

MBBS, MD in Dermatology
Dermatologist, Delhi
Sunscreen can protect your skin against skin cancer

Sunscreen can protect your skin against skin cancer and premature aging. However, it is not as effective unless it's applied correctly. Follow these tips when applying sunscreen:

Choose a sunscreen that has an SPF of 30 or higher, is water resistant, and provides broad-spectrum coverage, which means it protects you from UVA and UVB rays. Follow these helpful tips when selecting a sunscreen.

Apply sunscreen generously before going outdoors. It takes approximately 15 minutes for your skin to absorb the sunscreen and protect you. If you wait until you are in the sun to apply sunscreen, your skin is unprotected and can burn.

Use enough sunscreen. Most adults need at least one ounce of sunscreen, about the amount you can hold in your palm, to fully cover all exposed areas of your body. Rub the sunscreen thoroughly into your skin.

Apply sunscreen to all bare skin. Remember your neck, face, ears, tops of your feet and legs. For hard to reach areas like your back, ask someone to help you or use a spray sunscreen. If you have thinning hair, either apply sunscreen to your scalp or wear a wide brimmed hat. To protect your lips, apply a lip balm with a SPF of at least 15.

Reapply sunscreen at least every two hours to remain protected, or immediately after swimming or excessively sweating. People who get sunburned usually didn't use enough sunscreen, didn't reapply it after being in the sun, or used an expired product. Your skin is exposed to the sun's harmful UV rays every time you go outside, even on cloudy days and in the winter. So whether you are on vacation or taking a brisk fall walk in your neighborhood, remember to use sunscreen.
