Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea.

Dear...... For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. take tab. Sinarest twice in a day after meal for cough,cold,fever , throat infection, running nose, and sneezing, Gargle with warm water, and drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, x-ray chest , x-ray PNS, And consult again. Get well soon .

Frequent small meals through out the day will help you lose weight. Prefer eating fruits,salads, nuts , yoghurt for in between snacks instead of junk or oily foods such as chips or fries. Quantity control is must if you want to lose weight. so eat everything but within the limits.

You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Hello lybrate-user, both mouth and stomach can be the reason for it. Deposition of plaque and calculus around teeth cause gum infection hence bad breath, deposition (whitish yellow layer) over tongue, unfilled decayed teeth are also responsible for bad breath. Regarding stomach, both uncleared stomach as well as acidity can cause bad breath. Avoid spicy food, try to increase your water intake. I suggest you to visit a dentist for professional cleaning of your teeth because this helps removing plaque and calculus. You can use antibiotic mouth rinses twice a day. Also follow good oral hygiene habits.

Dear lybrate user, to get rid of your problem you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

U have fatty liver and Gallbladder stone. U r fond of fried and spicy food. Avoid all those food. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables with whole grain. Take double tone milk (skimmed). Stop fast food. For stone in Gall bladder consult surgeon for operation.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
