Mouth ulcer is most commonly caused by poor diet, nutritional deficiency, constipation or excessive stress. You need to start taking multi vitamins. Avoid junk food avoid excessive stress. Avoid too hot and spicy food.

What is diabetes, how we come to know about it and what precautions should we have to take to control diabetes.
Hello, diabetes is a metabolic disorder affecting carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism and both small and large blood vessels, with persistent hyperglycemia. In the long run it damages eyes (retina), nerves, kidney, heart and causing problems with lower limbs. It is caused because of either lack of insulin or resistance to its action (t2 dm) or total absence of insulin as in t1 dm. T2 diabetes is a preventable condition, by adapting modified life style one can prevent it. Modified life style means regular exercise, maintaining near normal weight, avoiding smoking and alcohol and eating a healthy diet.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Diet is what nourishes your body so don't confuse diet and crashing your diet. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week or whenever possible. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and medicines will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello, Age is no bar. It's just that you should be comfortable with whatever exercises you do. You haven't mentioned your height, if you need to lose weight, exercise is very crucial. Exercise also helps to curb depression.

Try below suggested homoeo medicine. 1. Jaborandi q + cantharis q + arnica q + brahmi q---100ml. Mix this tincture in 400ml coconut oil and apply to hair daily at bed time. 2. Lycopodium -30/6 pills/thrice daily on empty stomach. Avoid bore water for head bath, use herbal shampoo and take protein rich diet.

I am suffering from inguinal hernia. Can you suggest any therapy other than operation. Thanks.

A inguinal hernia is not a serious condition. It is caused by a weakness in the muscles of the groin area and bulging of the tissues through the weak area. This may cause intermittent discomfort. If it is very minor it may only cause very ocassional problems. The risk is if the tissues bulge through the weakness and then get stuck this may cause severe pain or intestinal obstruction. The treatment to avoid this scenario is an inguinal hernia repair done as a planned procedure. This is not a major operation and in many hospitals is carried out as a day case or out patient procedure. It can be done under general, spinal or local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes. The recovery time is about 5 to 7 days depending on your current health. Driving would not be advised for 4 weeks. I hope this has helped you. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Hye, thanks for the query. You cannot get eight packs abs in such less time. It needs discipline in diet and workout of a good time. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
