Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Your problem is of increased acid. Avoid spicy and fried food. Avoid tea and coffee. Take a cap of razo-d once daily empty stomach for about two weeks.

Hello- Fever and use of antibiotics can delay menses a week. If the menses are delayed more thn that , it must be due to hormonal disturbance as seen in PCOD.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. 4 Panchkarma Therapies for Hair Fall

Ayurveda has two main forms of treatment, shodhana and shamana. Shodhana refers to the purification of the body and shaman refers to medicinal treatment. Panchkarma is one of the most important forms of shodhana. Ayurveda is based on the principle that once the organic processes in the body have been restored to their original state, the body’s own force or energy can be channelized to fight the disease.

Panchakarma frees the body of toxic substances and improves the circulatory system in the body. This rejuvenates hair follicles and ensures that they receive the necessary nutrients. Panchkarma can be literally translated to mean five therapies. Not all five forms of this therapy are needed to treat hair disorders, such as alopecia hair loss or premature graying, but the therapies that hold the key to treating these problems are:

  1. Nasya: Nasya is the application of Ayurvedic medication through the nostrils. It is regarded to have the most immediate effects on scalp and hair conditions. Naya involves pouring Ayurvedic medicated oil through one nostril and letting it flow out of the other. In its travel through the nostrils, the oil reaches the membrane at the entrance of the brain and alerts the nerves that connect the brain to the scalp.

  2. Shirodhara: Shirodhara involves pouring a gentle yet continuous stream of warm, medicated Ayurvedic oil on the forehead. A typical shirodhara session lasts for half an hour. In some cases, the oil may also be replaced with herbal liquids. This rejuvenates dry hair follicles.

  3. Hot oil massage: Ayurvedic oil massages on the scalp can help arrest hair fall and aid in the regrowth of hair. Bhringaraj, teak wood extract and jatamansi are common Ayurvedic herbs used to treat problems of hair growth and scalp disorders. Bhringaraj and teak wood extract promote hair growth and control hair fall while jatamansi helps reduce stress. Ayurveda believes that stress is one of the major causes for hair fall.

  4. Diet: As with any other form of Ayurvedic treatment, a proper diet is essential when it comes to Panchakarma. Food that is bitter or sweet can be beneficial to treating hair loss. According to Ayurveda, hair is a bi-product of bone tissue formation. Since iron is essential for healthy bones, it is thus, also essential for healthy hair. Along with this, tonics and food that strengthen the liver and purify blood can also help treat scalp and hair conditions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda and ask a free question.

Get her investigated for basics. Sugar + salt water does not lead to weakness unless she is diabetic and has high bp. At 48 every woman should get checked for heart because due to time around menopause, there are hormonal changes within the body. Get an ecg, halter, blood tests for cbc, sugar, lipid profile, ultrasound of abdomen. Get back here with reports and her gyne history about periods.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Walking is good. Jogging is better for weight loss. Sugar has 16 calories per teaspoon. Honey has 22 calories per teaspoon. If you are trying to reduce weight its better to cut down every bit of extra calories. Ie have water with lemon only. Water is good for health and lemon has Vitamin C. Honey will only add to your weight. There is no food /medicine that can melt your body fat. Only you can melt your fat by More Intensive exercise + Lesser Calories intake.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...ao take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day

HI Lybrate USER…. Reason behind obesity is decreased BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE. 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED…. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND…A) hypo- functions of these organs reduces BMR and body becomes obese…B) hyper- functions of these organs increases BMR and body becomes lean…C) so if you want to reduce weight then we have to increase BMR…D) so to increase BMR follow few basic things…1) take solid food two times in a day only…2) try to take diet which is easy to digest and according to quantity of hunger…3) eat those fruits only which increases power of digestion and which easily digests LIKE…grapes, pappya, orange, pomgrenate, sweet lime, pineapple, watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, mulberry…4) strictly avoid fruits which are hard to digests like banana, guava, custardapple, chiku, jackfruit…5) Try to take soups of green gram, lentil, horse gram…. 6) try to take meals inbetween 10 am to 9 pm…. 7) when you take meal do not eat anything for minimum 4 hours…. Am suffering back pain, exactly it's the pelvic bone it's hurting, painful walking for a while or standstill a period of time, and I could observe that it's stiffness (the muscle) salient (the bone). This injury occurred to me in 2015 I had lifted heavyweight I overfilled a van with goods for an arrogant! I need to know what elaborately is my case? How can I deal with it and what I do for it to help myself be treated? Do I need any medicine or acupuncture or something else? Please doctor help me.

Hello sir, Due to muscle spasm or joint strain still you have pain. Apply ice or hot water fermentation 3-4 times daily. Mild Stretch the leg muscles and back muscles. Avoid single leg standing. Avoid forward bending. Avoid weight lifting. Lie on hard surface. If you have mental stress try to reduce it. Try this one week if pain is not reduced consult physiotherapist immediately.

I have serious allergy problem near vaginal area mostly after period or razor apply hair growth on vagina. Den skin on that area looks like burn n black.

Please specify whether it is pigmentation, itching, dark spot, raised, inflamed, redness, or skin shedding or you have noticed recently the dark skin? one of the most common causes of pigmentation or dark patches on the skin around the buttocks and inner thighs is chafing. The constant friction of the skin can cause the skin to darken. People who are overweight, especially around the thighs and buttocks, often face this problem. Sudden weight gain can also lead to stretch marks that occur due to a breakdown of the skin layers. Stretch marks can lead to purplish discoloration in certain areas of the skin. Another possible cause of dark patches may be intake of birth control pills. Skin pigmentation is a common side effect of these pills. Dark areas may sometimes develop due to a skin condition known as acanthosis nigricans. Here pigmented areas occur especially in the skin folds. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome may also be prone to developing pigmented patches on the body. To prevent further pigmentation, wear loose clothes that do not irritate the skin. You may also apply talcum powder on the affected skin after a shower to prevent chafing. Keep your skin healthy by regulating your diet. Avoid consuming lots of oily foods and incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drinking a sufficient quantity of water is also a good way to flush out toxins and keep the skin hydrated and healthy. Just apply lemon drops mixed with olive oil with a cotton swab on the marks. Apply the above mixture on the dark area around the vagina too. Leave it for 2-5 hours and wash off with running water and glycerin soap. Apply a homeopathic lotion containing berberis aquifolium and aloe vera extract. Apply on the marks on buttocks and also on and inside the vaginal cavity.

A sleep of 7-8 hours is essential everyday for the much needed relaxation of the body and brain. Without that it is inevitable that you may feel drowsy during the day. I would advise you to have a sound and relaxing sleep of 7-8 hours in every 24 hours. Also inability to control sleep even during driving or sleep attacks occurring during the day without your knowledge can be as a result of narcolepsy or obstructive sleep apnea. In that case please consult a sleep specialist or neurologist accordingly.
