Dear , Creatinine levels can be changed with proper water metabolism and does not necessarily need medicine support all the time. Neprosave is too strong a medicine. First of all, you need to reduce your weight by atleast 35 kgs to be able to reduce the burden on all you body organs. Any amount of medicine will help reduce the symptom, but a proper lifestyle, weight, proper regulated food are essential to maintain proper health. Regards.

Start having wholesome food ( natural or organic ) and avoid all kinds of junk food and sweetened beverages. Start exercising for 30 minutes everyday. Have patience and wait for the body to adapt to the healthy lifestyle. Do not worry about Diabetes but take all the healthy measures. Learn Yoga ( pranayam and meditation also ) which can be very beneficial for you.

I am 64 yrs old with diabetes 2. Need to knock off 7 kgs more. What is fastest method.
there is no fastest method of loosing weight. Looking at your height ideal body weight is 60 kg. Bmi is 26.97kg/m2, best way to reduce weight is to plan a loss of 2 kg per month, can be done by cutting 550 calories per day from existing intake, exercising regularly so that extra caloreis are burnt, which help in reducing about 1/2 kg per week. This approach will be better than any drastic reduction. If you want me to guide then come in a private conversation with the details like - fasting and pp sugar levels, hba1c%, medications being taken, level of physical activity and dietary pattern. The exercises that are to be planned should suit your age and capabilities. I am not sure if you are a person who has been exercising regularly earlier.

This is quite high and you would require other investigation related to diabetes. Usually patient are started on metformin plus other medicine based on other report however if you have symptoms also you might as well require insulin for some time. You can consult me privately or any endocrinologist near you.

I used to get my hormonal tests done And this tym I am detected by TSH 6.20 But I do not experience any symptoms. My doc has gvn me med but I do not want to take it. I think I can take good diet and then get again test aftr a month or so. Should I do it? If yes. what the diet fr it.

Inshaji, tsh value of 6.20 milli units/ml is classified as sub clinical hypothyroidism. Usually treatment is started once tsh levels go over 10 milli units/ml or if there are symptoms of hypothyroidism present at lower levels. Since you do not have any, so treatment need not be taken. But certain precautions should be taken like avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits and use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Exercise regularly so as to avoid weight gain. If you need any specific advise do contact.
