Ok his muscle endurance is gud then u. Do heat fermentation twice a day and quadriceps exercise in gradually process. After sm time both of you equal. X-ray must of knee to see there any problem.

I like a girl working at my workplace. But I came to know that she has already a boyfriend. But still I can't change my feelings. I try everything to make her happy. But she wants me to stay away from her. Once I left talking to her or looking towards her. But it was hard time for me yet I was doing it for her sake. Hi lybrate-user, sure she is using you and has no real feeling for you. Sometimes people take advantage of our kindness. Don't think about her in terms of potential partner take her as a colleague that's it. Don't fulfill her demands or favors that she seeks from you, otherwise it will lead to you emotional exploitation. Why go after someone who is already committed when there are so many single girls out there. Consult for therapy, you need some guidance with this issue. All the best.

Hi doc. I goes to gym daily and do intense workouts. My diet is Oats in breakfast than channa in Snacks. Brown rice in lunch. Paneer or sum fruits after gym session and dalia +pulses in dinner. I wanna gain muscle but also wanna keep my belly flat. So is this scheduled ok or I have to change anything. please help.

To gain muscles and to maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil . Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Unless you correct your bowels no mouth wash is going to help you. Drink lots of water and add fibre in your diet.

1. Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 5. Consult me for further advice.

Low fat diet, or use of olive oil in diet, rice to be avoided, and pulses/ dals in limited quantities. Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits ,and a balanced low fat diet, Smoking, alcohol, non veg diet a strict no.

All these problems are due to gastric problem. You have to take deworming & Rabeprazole with domperidone on empty stomach & some pain releiver.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Blackheads are a feature of acne, a common skin condition that involves lesions frequently referred to as pimples, spots, zits, whiteheads or blackheads. Blackheads are a specific kind of dark acne lesion, so-called because they contain oxidized melanin, the pigment made by skin cells called melanocytes. Use an enzymatic exfoliator at least twice a week. You may use masks that have papaya, charcoal, pineapple extract, or clay to debride or wash away the surface skin cells. Don't forget to moisturize. "All of these methods may strip oils from the skin and be drying, so you might be surprised to learn that you need to moisturize to treat their blackheads. It's important to maintain the right balance in the skin, and moisturizing will allow you to continue using exfoliating products without any issues. Consider taking acne medicine. From a dermatologist as these can reduce oil production and prevent your pores from being blocked. They will get rid of blackheads and prevent new ones from showing up in the future. You may also opt for a micro-needling treatment to get rid of black heads in zero time.

Cause of Over sleeping A) Alcohol, smoking, drugs caffeine, sleeping pills B) stress, depression, fatigue inadequate/disturbed sleep, C) obesity, lack of physical activity D) Environmental factor like room is too hot/cold, excess light, noise, un cofortable bed E) Hypo thyroidism, diabetes, Heart disease F) sleeping dis order like sleep Apnoea (Breathing disorder where you stop breathing periodically in the night, due to blockage of Airway), narcolepsy (day time sleep), Restless leg syndrome Treatment A) Have a proper sleep schedule-Get up and go to bed at same time everyda y (body’s natural clock –cicardian rhythm will be accordingly activated) B) Good sleeping environment (Quiet, cool, dark, comfortable bed room without noise, light), C) Avoid caffeine/alcohol/nicotine 4-6 hours before bed time, D) Avoid day time sleep, daily exercise, light reading for 15 minutes daily before going to bed E. Dear, Causes of High BP: * High salt intake * Excess consumption of Alcohol, coffee * Obesity (overweight) * Lack of Exercise (sedentary lifestyle) * Due to lack of sleep. * Due to Anxiety To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.
