Take protein rich diet -take fatty acids (fish oil, omega 3) -take green leafy vegetables like spinach. -go for a regular checkup, esp. For vitamin b12. -de-stress yourself -oil and massage your scalp with natural oil (preferably hot) thrice a week. -select hair fall control shampoo. -do not over use shampoo. -little hair fall per day is normal. -take tablet nutrahair twice a day.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

My weight is 90, and now I am only 21 so how to reduce my weight 10-15 kg in one and half month.
The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Your last menstrual period was june 11th, so now you are not carrying, so no pregnancy test is needed.

Hi lybrate user. A) take 10-10-10 ml of ginger juice, fresh lemon juice, honey before and after meals. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. But at first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits.

External application will result in too much pimples formation. Please use a mild soap like dove or pears brown color. 3 times wash is enough per day. Not more than that. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits. Avoid Bakery ,oily and non veg foods. Drink minimum 2 to 3 litres of water per day. Along with internal HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES for 2 months can cure the condition completely.

Hi my work does not allow me to have timely dinner & sleep before 01 am, lately it stretches up to 2-2.30 am & my body clock is such that I get up by 8.30 am, what to do suggest to have a more fulfilled & complete sleep in order as when I do not sleep well I get shortness of breadth the following day. Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching TV and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music consult for further management

Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily ,take healthy nutritious diet. Follow the below home remedy to get soft hydrated skin:- The lactic acid present in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk cream is also an excellent moisturizer. Mix a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and two teaspoons of milk cream. Rub it on *your hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before you take a shower. Do this once daily. Add enough milk cream to three to four tablespoons of gram flour to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face, hands and legs. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily..

You may be having either internal piles. Then consult a surgeon. Or you could be having infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tapen warms. Normally one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly. It is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole. So get it done in consultation with a doctor near your locality. Avoid spicy and junk food which I believe you are already doing it take lot of water by month. It will be alright.

To remove chicken pox marks follow these methods: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. * apply fresh aloe vera plant gel on your face for 2 to 3 minutes once in a week. * steam your face for 3 - 4 minutes once in a week. * do running and jogging exercise daily for 5 - 10 minutes. * do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert.

It is also essential for men to have normal levels of the FSH hormone. An imbalance of this hormone in men can contribute to infertility. For men, FSH controls sperm production which is of course essential to fertility. Typically, a man’s follicle-stimulating hormone levels should be between 5 and 15 IU/L. High levels of FSH in a male could indicate that the testicles are not functioning properly, or may have been damaged by some condition. They can also indicate the presence of Klinefelter syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes the presence of too many X chromosomes in the male. So get semen analysis done, and consult with some good infertility specialist.

Hello if it continues for longer duration then it is a matter of concern. If there are no associated problems of backache or tiredness or the discharge is not smelling bad then you can wait for few more days. If it remains the same then you need to take treatment for this.

I am getting tired even for small household things, and too much sleepy, how to handle this.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
