How is to increase the weight and the height with help of the veg food.
And how increase digestive capacity?
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi, can you please send a picture of the skin allergy? It can even be fungal infection, so it is necessary to have a look of your condition. For pimples and the oily skin, you will need to take a proper course of tablets and creams. Along with it, you will also have to follow certain dietary restrictions. Avoid oily foods, and fatty foods. Have more of salads and greens and drink at least 3-4 litres of water. Wash your face with a face wash suitable for oily skin atleast 3-4 times in a day. It will remove the dirt that blocks the pores and lead to infection.

Hi bleeding is the indication of gum disease known as gingivitis. It happens due to plaque and tarter deposition between gums and teeth. Go for cleaning and bleaching. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash. Brush regularly two times daily.

Hair is getting thinner and thiner on the crown. M in stage c probably. Scalp gets sores often. I have had cipmox 500, using betadine antidandruff shampoo nadimix tube. Mahabhringraj oil. No effect. Used minoxidil 10% also.

Homoeopathic treatment a. C. 4 (bakson) chew 1 tab 3 times daily anti dandruff oil (wilmar schwabe india) apply atleast once weekly. Leave overnight anti dandruff shampoo (wilmar schwabe india) diet take lots of water daily avoid cold drinks, junk nd fast, fried food take nutritious diet exercise regularily.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

In the absence of any orthopaedic problem, body pain and other physical complaints can be part of depression. What are her other complaints? if the reasons are psychological she may feel better with amitryptiline 10mg or pregabalin. Consult your local doctor.

Yes, some people are allergic to honey or honey products, But before that, you need to check the honey(brand)you have consumed, it might be adulterated! Even in that case, you suffer from above issues, Better you consult a allergy specialist and get advice from him. And also go for tests for Ulcer, but don't be panic. And before that, one more remedy you can try. Try to have honey along with Lemon, It is always the preferred way to have honey along with lemon, if you still have the same issue, You can consult a allergy expert and get rid of your problem.

What is your usual morning routine? wake up, have some coffee, open your eyes and let the day begin. Coffee is addictive and how! there are people whose day cant end unless they're consumed their daily 5 cups of coffee. Its very important to understand when to take coffee in how much quantity so that, you can benefit rather than health issues. You could be the judge of that after reading these pro’s and cons of the effect of coffee on our health

Pro:
Coffee is made from seeds, and like all other seeds it has protective compounds. Coffee can prevent strokes as well as lower our risk of parkinson's and dementia.

Coffee boosts our concentration and memory

Coffee lowers the risk of oral cancer. Decaf has a much weaker effect for the same while tea had no effect at all.

Studies show that high consumption of caffeine reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes.

The caffeine in coffee controls many brain functions e. G. Mood, energy levels, vigilance and even reaction time.

Caffeine can boost ones metabolic rate drastically, which basically means an increase in the burning of fat weight loss!

follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like.You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits ( Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. Hi lybrate-user you can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg,chicken, soya and you avoid high carohydrate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U take 1 microfruit and 1 cytofresh tablet after breakfast.

Please reduce weight. Do brisk walking. 30 minuts morning and evening. Eat lot of green vegetable and fruits before each meal. If smoking please stop it. Although you are not diabetic. Even though you cut down sugar in your diet. This will help in reduceing weight. Take minimum of oil/ ghee.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.

Eggs contain a good amount of fat, calories, and protein which are popular ingredients for weight gain. Consuming egg whites everyday can give you strong muscles and essential protein and energy. For better results, eat more of the egg white than the yolk, as the former increases your cholesterol level.  Alternatively, you can also eat egg-white omelettes or scrambled egg whites daily in breakfast. Note – Do not eat raw eggs; they may cause serious health problems.
