Hello lybrate user it is very common in youths either male or female because of harmonic imbalances and irregular periods in female. Try to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Use milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Make sure your bowel should be cleared every day. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroot with ginger and haldi including ghee and cumin seeds. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi, sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg. Stop chemical bleachers and cream over effected parts. Wash your face with warm saline water before using cream over effected parts. Akpree cream apply akpree cream over effected parts twice daily for 2-3month regular.

Hi right now your height weight proportions are ok. Have you measured your body mass to see how much reduction has taken place. Have you taken weight or by inch tape. Many times after sickness, you may feel weak. This does not mean your mass is reducing. However please do tests of thyroid profile, sugar profile and complete blood count to check if you have any medical problem. Personally I don't think you have any problem. You will feel better after a few days.

Make time for exercise. Exercising might actually make you gain a few pounds of muscle when you first start, but it's an essential component of any long-term, sustainable weight loss plan. Regardless of how busy you are, it is essential that you make time to exercise each day if you actually want to lose weight and keep it off. Even little things like walking instead of driving to the store can affect how quickly you lose weight The best way to get into exercising is by picking exercises that you are actually going to do and, hopefully, enjoy. If you hate running, don’t make it your main form of exercise—you will need much more motivation each day than if you picked an exercise that you actually enjoy. Instead, try out different exercises until you find a few that you really love, like swimming. ake up cardio training. While a combination of cardio and resistance training are important for overall body health, cardiovascular training is what will help you shed those pounds quickly. Weight and resistance training do not lead to immediate weight loss but can trigger your metabolism to use energy more efficiently. Count calories. Knowing how the minimum amount of calories your body needs to function correctly will help you make your own personalized healthy eating plan and lose weight in a way that's quick but sustainable. Your individual calorie needs will vary based on age, gender, height, and activity level. There are online calculators you can use to determine the amount of calories you should be consuming each day. The minimum number of calories you should eat a day is 1200. Do not go below this level without medical supervision. There are certain foods that keep you feeling sated for hours. Try incorporating the following foods into your diet: Grapefruit,Oatmeal,Apples,Eggs,Ginger,Nuts,Leafy greens,Potatoes,Dark chocolate,Spicy foods Identify your food triggers and plan accordingly. Food triggers are the activities we do that make us want to snack. For some people, it's sitting down to watch a movie at night; for others, it's studying late at night. If you know your food triggers, you can plan for them—fill your house with healthy snacks or have them on hand. Watch your portion sizes. Incorporate appropriate portion sizes into your meal plan. For instance, a healthy snack of almonds and dried cranberries can turn into a huge calorie source if you don’t pay attention to quantities. Also, preparing pre-apportioned healthy snacks can help you avoid mindless overeating and can make it convenient to grab a healthy snack Don’t skip meals. Eating a healthy breakfast increases your resting metabolic rate earlier in the day, keeps your energy levels high, and may help you resist the urge of high-calorie snacks throughout the day. Plan to eat a small snack or meal every two to four hours to keep your metabolism active. Eating regularly also keeps your blood sugar stable and reduces unhealthy calorie binges or deviations from your meal plan FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE

Hello lybrate-user causes for irregular periods stress stress, either emotional or physical, can delay your period. A new job, illness, depression, exam, fever, strenuous exercises or a weight gain or loss are some of the reasons that can increase your stress levels and affect your periods. Once you make some changes to alleviate your stress, you could become regular again. Improper eating habits improper eating can affect your hormones like estrogen and cause them to be very high (when you are overweight) or very low (in eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia). Improper production or levels of these hormones can interfere with your menstrual cycle and make them more sporadic and irregular. In this case, you may have delayed periods. Hormonal imbalance if you have hormonal imbalance which can affect your cycles. If you have recently stopped your birth control pill or are having thyroid trouble, you could have hormonal imbalance. Any problems with your hormone production centers like ovaries, adrenal or pituitary glands could also cause a delay in your period. Excessive exercise strenuous and over exercising can cause a dip in the total body fat, which can interfere with your hormonal levels, further affecting your periods. The body requires some amount of fat for ovulation and excessive exercises can hamper the equation drastically. However do not stop exercising completely, only do it moderately. Too much alcohol indulging in high amounts of alcohol can lead to increased estrogen and testosterone levels in the body, which plays havoc with the normal hormonal levels. Thyroid disorders thyroid disorders that lead to high or low hormonal production definitely can! you could either not ovulate at all or have a very weak ovulation cycle due to the disrupted levels of hormones, which can delay your periods or make them irregular. An infection bacterial infections, sexually transmitted diseases or pelvic inflammation can cause the uterus to become inflamed and result in bleeding. This could lead to a false alarm and make your body think that you are having your periods. However, if you notice pain, fever or vomiting along with bleeding, visit your doctor. Polycystic ovarian syndrome you may suffer from pcos or polycystic ovarian syndrome if your body produces excessive androgens or male hormones. Higher levels of androgens interfere with the normal function of the ovaries, leading to immature follicle formation. This does not allow you to ovulate normally and your cycles could be irregular or delayed. Try to rule out the above cause by primary health check up and investigations. Try to be in relaxed and positive attitude is very important. Hye. It's just a restricted diet which usually you follow to crash your weight temporarily. The loss is muscle loss and water loss so the moment you discontinue you will gain all the weight and more. Also long term following of this diet will cause malnourishment.
