Married since last 3 years, but never had intercourse yet. I am having sex fear. Please suggest.

You need physical examination and counselling. Apply generous amount of Xylocaine jelly 2% 15 minutes prior to intercourse to reduce pain.

See if hormonal imbalance is too much, first correction is necessary. Many times once it got corrected pregnancy happens spontaneously. Keep patience. After that meet the fertility expert to rule out the cause of infertility if any. If nothing serious then you can try for 5-6 month normally to achieve pregnancy.

I am having vaginal white discharge after having unprotected sex with my fiancee. Am I pregnant?

MBBS, MS - Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Faridabad
White discharge doesn't indicate pregnancy. Do a urine pregnancy test if you miss your period. And if it's not more than 72 since unprotected intercourse then you can take I pill.

Actually Condom is the better option. Can also use oral contraceptives but I don't suggest it more often. Copper T is also good option but after you have 1 child. Can contact me personally for further help.

Ormeloxifen is known to cause delayed menses, but this occurs in only about 10% of the patients and for the first 3 months as it does not affect ovulation. However if periods delayed beyond 15 days, get a pregnancy test and consult the doctor. Has the lump disappeared? Usually we donot prescribe Ormeloxifen unless we have confirmed that it's a fibroadenoma on ultrasound if <30 years and ultrasound and core biopsy in females > 30 years as chances of complex fibroadenoma or atypia is high. And even the hormone receptor positive cancers may respond to Ormeloxifen. Hope I was able to clear your doubts. If you want to discuss this further, feel free to contact me directly.
