Dear , anxiety disorder is not a disease. It is a disorder. Mental disorder not requires medicines. Psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation etc are enough to cure your problem. You must learn and educate yourself about your anxiety disorder. The more you try to" cure" your anxiety, anxiety increases and cure is not possible. You have to change your mindset

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus if not controlled properly affects small and large blood vessels. Erectile dysfunction (ed), is a complication due to microvascular affection. It is one of the most common condition reported in dm. If it has developed, it may be very difficult to reverse it. A strict blood sugar control is a must, plus some other medications may have to be used. So first step is try achieve fasting sugar nearer 100 mg and pp around 150 to 160 mg and hba1c <7%.

Are having a sleep in noon? if so stop that. Eat your food 2-3 hrs prior to going to bed. Drink milk at night. May be you r taking less amount of food at night that prevents you from sleep. Eat properly. Remove stress by listening music doing foot massage or reading. Follow the fixed hours for sleeping. Don't do night watching for late hours.

So many things in mind creat insomnia or depression. First you need to relax your body and mind. Don't over think about the situation and take a chill. Things happen for good in life so first except the reality. And secondly start with yoga and pranayama it will definitely help you in attaining your sleep and your thoughts.

Eucalyptus oil is also an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option.. • Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil • Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. • Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. Pay attention to these natural factors also when you are working on growth of your Mostache/Beard naturally. 1.Eat health so as to give your body enough vitamins and minerals esp.Spinach,Yogurt,Tomatoes,Carrot,Beans. 2. . It is also important to keep your face clean by using a mild moisturizing face wash; however, avoid frequent washing with strong soaps that tend to dehydrate the skin 3. If you smoke, understand that nicotine does not exactly promote facial hair growth – so, here’s another reason to quit the habit 4. stress is likely to prevent growth of facial hair; so keep stress at bay by a regular practice of yoga or meditation.

Sir, Any treatments for scars after plastic and reconstrucive surgery. Skin graft and free ld flap was done on right leg with ankle. Please suggest me treatment or some remedies for managing scars.

MBBS, MD - MD- Skin & VD
Dermatologist, Ahmedabad
Scars can be lightened by using contractubex cream. Or, you can apply coconut oil regularly. It depends on the type of scar and its depth whether it will be removed or lightened or not. Sometimes, scars cannot be removed even with treatments like laser scar removal. If you really want yo get rid of them, try applying the mentioned cream regularly for atleast 8 weeks.

Here are some easy tips to help avoid hair loss. Another method is to apply Aloe Vera Aloe Vera gel also works wonders. Massage the scalp or the beard area on face with aloe gel, leave in for a few hours and then wash with lukewarm water. Aloe gel, coconut milk and wheat germ oil make a great hair conditioning treatment to help fight hair fall. Massage it on the scalp to reduce hair fall. 1.Wash hair without shampoo. 2.Apply coconut oil and do not shampoo, and leave it to dry. It will not make your hair oily as it will dry up in minutes.. 3.Look at the ingredients to find a mild shampoo. 4.Use a good hairbrush. 5.Try a scalp massage. 6.Test your hair for thinning if you're concerned.

Early morning depression are supposed to be more associated with physiological conditions where medicines can be of help. However your can try some life style changes such as trying to make your mornings brisk by involving in physical exercises such as morning walks. Morning walks outside the home can also be a source of meeting people and socilizing which can help you to divert your attention from the preoccupation with your past. Your of" here and now" method to focus on your present may also be helpful. However finding solution to the problems in the current which is associated with the past can also do wonders.
