Hi The following are some of the natural remedies for cold and cough: - Add a pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsf of black pepper powder to hot milk and drink it twice a day. - Mix 1 tsf of honey to 1 tsf of basil leaf juice; take it twice a day. - Prepare a decoction by boiling one glass of water containing 1 tsf of coriander powder, 1 tsf of pepper powder and 1/2 tsf of ginger powder; reduce it to quarter glass and take it three times a day. - Apply turmeric paste on the forehead. - Do steam inhalation twice a day by adding 1-2 drops of eucalyptus oil to hot water. - Keep 1 grain of crystal salt and 2-3 black pepper in a beetle leaf, roll it and chew it. This relieves cough.

1. Avoid tea, coffee, smoking, and alcohol use before bedtime. 2. Avoid large meals near bedtime. 3. Have a regular bedtime and waking schedule. 4. Maintain a comfortable sleep environment, including a comfortable temperature. 5. Avoid watching television or using electronics with backlit screens in bed and falling asleep with the TV on in the room. 6. Do not lie in bed awake, worrying about not sleeping (or anything else negative). This produces anxiety that can actually make the problem worse. 7. If you find yourself lying awake worrying about things, try making a to-do list before you go to bed. This may help you to not focus on those worries overnight. 8. Use your bed and bedroom only for sleeping or sex. Don't read, work or eat in bed. Avoid TV, computers, video games, smartphones or other screens just before bed, as the light can interfere with your sleep cycle. 9. Find ways to relax. Try to put your worries and planning aside when you get into bed. A warm bath or a massage before bedtime can help prepare you for sleep. Create a relaxing bedtime ritual, such as reading, soft music, breathing exercises, yoga or prayer. 10. Avoid trying too hard to sleep. The harder you try, the more awake you'll become. Read in another room until you become very drowsy, then go to bed to sleep. COnsult again after these tricks.

Input =Output,it is a simple mathematics.What we eat /burn will reflect on our body.I dont expect to hear such depressing words from you youngsters.It proves that you are not doing your work efficiently.Some element is missing in your chain.Either you have increased your input while exercising in terms of eating habits ( like sweets,Junk and fried food) or you are not enjoying your exercise.May be I am wrong by saying so but some thing is really missing and you should really think about it.I will suggest you some easy steps in your life style which will certainly help you to decrease your weight.Try them for 2-3 months and see the results----------- 1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Try to enjoy your exercises.I think you are exercising just out of compulsion.If you start enjoying ,results will be far better.Try to do differently in Gym dailyIt will not make you bore.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Implement the above steps in your life style for first 3 months.See the changes and then consult me for further mode of action if there is any requirement which I feel it should not be as by 3 months time results would start pouring in and would be enjoying your activities and would have already set some high goals for yourself even before my consultation.This is my expectation from you like teenagers Rak.Fitness is the key to everything,Just keep this thing always in mind.

I have acne scars on my face. I am very sad and my friends are making fun of me. I used acenator ad cream and it lightened my pimple scars but it didn't gone completely. Doctor pls suggest me a better acne scar removal cream which will completely remove my acne scars .pls doctor, my friends are making fun of me. Sorry but there is no such cream which will help you to remove your acne scars completely. Rather we can go for laser or chemical peel treatment for acne scars. Or there are other procedures like dermaroller therapy or PRP will also be helpful.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. WOMEN ABOVE 65 TO TAKE EXTRACAREOF THEIR HEALTH
Women aged 65 and above should take low dose aspirin routinely to prevent heart attack and paralysis.
All women are urged to execise a minimum of 30 mts per day,but women who need to lose weight or maintain weight loss are now advised to engage in 60 to 90 mts of moderate intensity activity on most,or preferably all days of the week.
A heart - healthy diet should be rich in fruits, whole grain and fiber foods with limited intake of alcohol and sodium.
Saturated fat should be reduced to less than 7% of calories.
Women at very high risk of heart disease should try to lower their LDL- bad cholesterol to less than 70 mg/dl.
The upper limit of aspirin for high risk women is 325 mg/day.
Harmone replacement therapy and antioxidant like vit c and E should be taken regularly to prevent heart disease.
Folic acid should also be used to prevent heart disease.
Women should eat some oily fish or some other source of omega -3 fatty acids at least twice a week.
Women should quit smoking.
Women should take vit d and calcium.
