I am 28 year old guy and suffering from kidney stone from past 3 years, some time it make lot back pain and while urinating early morning it's contain blood I mean to say that fully reddish color.

For kidney stone start drinking at least 3-4 liters of water every day so that kidneys maintain proper flushing. Also have fresh juices / fruits. Coconnut water is best foru – have plenty of it. Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid – tomatoes, beet root, leafy vegetables, cauliflower, beans, milk and other dairy products, yellow of egg. Have more of these – lemon / lime / Pineapple and its juice / Water melon, kulathhi ki daal. For pain you can have hot water bag fomentation over abdomen. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

I have very small appetite so my weight is very less. In the morning when I wake up I feel like my stomach is already full. I can not eat properly. Even after joining gym my diet is very less. I do not know what is the issue with my body. Kindly suggest me. I have tried all the general treatments like eat fruits, drink plenty of water and all. All of these are not working. Please suggest me any specific medicine or reason. If this is related to any liver related problem please suggest me something for increasing weight.

This s not liver related issue. It all depends on your mind and its workout, sometimes you require serotonin and other things to make you feel good to eat. Consume lime juice or oranges, or tomato soup and try. Having meals while talking to family members or friends will not allow you to concentrate on the amount of food your eating. It jut goes on. Make your eating environment better. Sometimes go for foods that you like the most or your favorite ones. Since your appetite is small have concentrated nutri-dense foods. A slice of bread with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. Or a wheat roll with 2 scrambled eggs. To the wheat flour you can add skimmilk powder or just curd and some leafy vegetables like methi, etc while making dough. It increases nutrient value. A fist of walnuts or almonds wenever you hv time to munch. Keep munching throughout the day sometimes a fruit or a cup of sprouts or a sandwich. You might not feel hungry bt keep your mouth working by munching small and frequent short meals.

Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. take sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Take plenty of water, avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. do x- ray PNS confirm causes. cbc, culture test of mucus of nose.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

I hope you are having a relxing sleep at night. Follow simple suggetsions - donot study on the bed, try reading on a chair and table - if you donot mind, try keeping a pen in hand to write down things as notes to be used later on. - when feeling sleepy, revise something you already read. - take a hot water bath before you start studying - take a beak of 20 min after every 40-45 min spell of studying. If this is not working then you might need some medications to keep you focused and awake. Get back to me in that case.

For constipation eat food with high fiber content and eat bananas at bedtime and if necessary take two tsp of syp gudlax at night and get a stress test done to rule out any pathology in the heart

Use histacalamine on your spots two times a day regularly. One is at morning and another at bedtime. Drink ginger juice in cold water in empty stomach regularly. Don't give food gap more than 2hrs.

All about Irregular Periods : Their Types and Causes

4 Types of irregular periods and their causes

Menstruation is a cyclical process when at a certain time of the month, the lining of the uterus is shed and vaginal bleeding occurs. Sometimes there can be abnormalities in this cycle. Irregular periods in women are abnormal variations in the length, volume, duration and quality of menstrual cycle. Irregular periods aren't uncommon among menstruating women.

Abnormalities in periods can be of the following nature:

- Varying time between successive periods
- Loss of more or less blood than usual
- Varying length of your periods

Based on these categorizations, the different types of periods are:

1. Irregular menstrual bleeding - Irregular menstrual bleeding is characterized by bleeding that takes place for more than 20 days in a solitary cycle, which can lengthen over a period of a year.

2. Absent menstrual bleeding - In this type of menstrual bleeding, a woman does not get her period at all within a span of 90 days.

3. Heavy menstrual bleeding - This involves excessive blood loss that may intervene with a woman's physical, psychological and social quality of life.

4. Heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding - This is less common than heavy menstrual bleeding and is different from in terms of duration. A different type of therapy is required to treat the condition as it is more severe in nature.

5. Light menstrual bleeding - Light menstrual bleeding is characterized by less blood loss than usual.

Irregular periods can be caused due to several reasons. Some of them are:

- Switching from one birth control pill to another or taking certain medication
- Excessive exercising
- Breastfeeding or pregnancy
- Stress
- Hyperthyroidism
- Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS)
- Uterine fibroids
- Getting an IUD (intrauterine device)
- Gradual thickening of uterine lining or the development of polyps on the uterine lining
- Scarring of the lining of the uterus can also be a possible cause

Changes in the body's level of hormones can also disrupt a woman's periods. Estrogen and progesterone are the chief hormones that play a crucial part in the menstrual cycle and influence the flow as well, thereby giving rise to abnormalities if their balance is disturbed.

When it comes to treating irregular periods, modifying your lifestyle, treating the underlying issue behind an irregular cycle, changing your birth control pills (if that is the cause), opting for hormone therapy or even surgery are viable treatment options.

Almonds are rich in polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Add three almonds, two dates and one dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Allow it to cool and then strain the milk. Drink the warm milk and eat the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Do this daily for one or two months.

For increasing your weight through fitness levels but will take its own time Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Sir, my age is 22 height 5ft7inch weight 59kg. Is my personality is poor or average can I increase my height now also at age 22. It was my first question and sir meanwhile iam suffering from bad digestion gastric problem. It is started from year 2010 june. But now the problem is more effective so I have ask. And iam afraid of taking food in any function for shameful habits. Indigestion and feeling vomit. And I go for stools in morning only it is my childhood habit. I drink water at least 1 to 2 litres daily and sir iam not taking or going for any doctor checkup and not taking any medicines for any disease. For my childhood iwas suffering from eczema. But from 3 years it is totally under control. And sir I have one bad habit from 10 years is masturbation. Sir I have mention everything please provide me medicines which have no side effects. Sir iam waiting.

First of all, make your digestion power good to digest the all things which is good for your body. Dont eat heavy food / fast food / junk food etc. Eat green leafy vegetables which have good nutritional value like vitamins, minerals, protein etc.for your weight gain. Take three to four litres of water in a day. Manage the stress and Anger. Be relex. Do meditation / Yoga / Pranayama / Excercise which you know that is good for your bosy. Your symptoms suggest you have overactive bladder. Stop consuming tobacco/alcohol, excessive tea, cofee, paan-masala. Ensure that you do not have constipation. Start tab oxybutynin 2. 5mg, at night daily for 1 month.
