Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Sir, My age is 23 my weight is 59 kg my problem is that I am suffering from stomach problems i.e. gastric from many times I feel like vomiting. I go for stools at one time in morning than also I suffer a lot. By that I feel ashamed to go anywhere and I eat anything half stomach. So please suggest me properly I do not have taken any medicines till now. I am waiting.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4.Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Dear lybrateuser, - Yes, swimming is a very good exercise which helps in reducing weight but has to be combined with a well balanced diet - avoid fried, processed & junk food, have more of fibrous foods like fruits, vegetables, wholegrains legumes, lentils, beans, sprouts, nuts, have low fat milk & milk products, lean meats like seafood - swimming pool water is generally clean as it is maintained by the organisation owning it - take a wash before & after swimming, wear protective gear like swimming goggles, cap to protect eyes, hair.

It is usual to get tanned after sun exposure at such a young age However if you use proper sunscreens 15 minutes before exposure to sun thrice daily in daytime, it will help a lot Also drink lots of water, take oral vitamin supplements

To lower your belly fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Here are the top 6 home remedies for dark lips. 1. Lemon lemon is often used to treat dark skin patches and spots, and you can use it to naturally lighten dark lips, too. The bleaching property in lemon works well as a simple yet powerful remedy for dark lips. (a) squeeze a lemon and apply the juice on your lips before going to bed. Follow this simple remedy daily for one to two months. (b) take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and rub it on your lips. It will exfoliate dead cells so new, fresh skin can appear. Use this remedy daily for a few weeks. (c) alternatively, you can prepare a mixture of one-half teaspoon each of lemon juice, glycerin and honey. Apply it on your lips before going to bed. Do this daily until you see positive results. 2. Rose rose has three main medicinal properties: soothing, cooling, and moisturizing. Rose will also help add a natural pink tint to your dark lips. (a. Mix one drop of rose water with a few drops of honey and apply it on your lips. Do this three or four times a day. (b) mix one tablespoon of rose petal paste and one teaspoon of butter, honey, or milk cream. Apply it on your lips and gently scrub. Follow this remedy two times a week. (c) soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. 3. Olive oil olive oil can also be used to make your lips lively and vibrant. Olive oil contains many essential nutrients to nurture your lips and its moisturizing property will make them soft and beautiful. (a) apply a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on your lips and massage it gently. Do this daily before going to bed. (b) alternatively, mix one-half teaspoon of sugar and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Scrub your lips gently with this mixture once a week. This simple recipe will restore your natural lip color and shine within a month or two. 4. Sugar exfoliating your lips regularly will remove dead skin cells that can make them look dark and dull. Sugar works as a great exfoliating agent. (a) blend three tablespoons of granulated sugar and two tablespoons of butter to make a thick paste. Scrub your lips gently with the paste. Do this once a week to restore your natural lip color and shine. (b) you can also make a scrub by mixing one teaspoon of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Use it to scrub your lips once a week. (c) alternatively, you can simply mix some sugar with cold cream and use it to scrub your lips gently before going to bed. Do this once a week. 5. Beetroot another readily available ingredient that can help you get pink lips is beetroot. Beetroot has natural bleaching properties that can lighten dark lips. (a) apply fresh beetroot juice on your lips before going to bed. Wash it off the next morning. The natural red color of the juice will turn your dark lips rosy. Do this daily before going to bed. (b) you can mix equal amounts of beetroot juice and carrot juice and apply it on your lips. Massage gently and leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily for a week or two. 6. Pomegranate pomegranate is ideal for treating dark lips. It can nourish and moisturize dry and dehydrated lips as well as help restore their natural pink color. (a) mix together one tablespoon of crushed pomegranate seeds and a little milk cream and rose water. Apply this paste on your lips and gently scrub for a few minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily. (b) mix equal amounts of pomegranate juice, beetroot juice and carrot juice. Apply it on your dark lips once daily.

How many months it will take to get rid of dark spot / hyperpigmentation caused after pimples are controlled. Is there any natural remedies to get rid of this hyperpigmentation and make my skin look normal. My fathers age is 53 sometimes his back side is start pain and it surrounded to chest. It occurs in day to day life and when he is work hard chest is vibrate All check up should be done like ultrasound, xray, sugar, blood test, ecg, but report is normal what is the reason behind it.

The chest pain appearing after hard work but not during mild exertion might be due to decreased blood supply to heart so an ECG at rest may be normal. You should get a stress cardiogram or treadmill test, which may suggest some ST T changes. Instead of doing this or that test better be guided by a qualified cardiologist and do as advised.
