You cannot reach target before working towards it. Similarly, gradually you can run. So start with brisk walk, then do alternate days jogging and walking, then evryday start with walk and then run and complete with a walk. This way you can improve.

Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

7 simple yet powerful steps to lose weight and maintain it in a healthy way
The real way to reduce your weight and keep it in check is surprisingly very simple. The main culprit of weight related issues is refined sugar which is the main constituent of most commercially available snacks, drinks and hot beverages that you consume. If you want to lose weight in a" healthy way" and maintain it then you need to adhere to the following points:

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc.
2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day.
3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether.
4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes.
5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises.
6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain.
7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. •Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily and take proper sleep of 7 to 8 hrs.. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. * Crush the pieces of cucumber make its juice and apply it on your face. For 10 minutes, then rinse with water.

Hye, thanks for the query. Water intake depends on many factors like activity level, season, food intake, disease condition if any etc. Best way to ensure good intake of water is to sip on water through the day. You can be assured that you are taking enough water when the urine you pass is colourless (unless you are taking any medication or had fruits like beetroot). Also do not wait to be dehydrated and severely thirsty to have water. Ideally at least try to have at 2-3 liters of water per day (as long as you don't have any medical condition that needs restriction).

Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3- 5 times. I am 27 years old male. I left smoking 2.5 years back from now after consultation with doctor (suggested as it is leukoplakia). When a person is dehydrated he is advised to drink a solution of sugar and salt in water but actually in case of dehydration only water n salt is lost from the body. Then why so?

In dehydration there is loss of body fluids, mostly water compared to what we take in through drinking. Normally water is lost from human body in the form of breathe that we take, sweat, urine, and stool. Along with water, salt (sweat) is also lost. Sometimes we do excessive exercise in hot weather that time we lose too much water, our bodies may become out of balance or dehydrated. In case of fever, diarrhoea, vomiting also we generally get dehydrated. Due to which you will start feeling weak, unhealthy, drowsie, stomachache and body pain. To overcome dehydration please care: Rest is required. This will feel you relax and mentally comfortable. 1. Intake of oral rehydration powders like punarjal, ORS, enerex, electrolyte etc by dissolving in water. These solutions contain water and salts in specific proportions which replenish your body fluids and electrolytes. Can have at frequent intervals, every one hour. This will remove all your dehydration. 2. Sometimes fresh fruit juices, coffee, coldrinks, etc may exaggerate the diarrhoea. Does not overcome dehydration. 3. You can have vegetable soups made by fresh green vegetables at home. In your case I would recommend you to have rehydrating solution every 30 to 60 min. Take some fresh juices or soup if it hamper your health then do not take because intake of fresh juice vary person to person. Good Luck. Stay Healthy.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you are just a little heavy according to your height. May be you are having extra fat on some portion so start doing some extra physical activity of your choice and avoid high calorie food and fried things. Have all three meals consisting 1 portion protein, 1 portion carbohydrate and 2 portion veggies with fruits, salads and healthy liquids like plain water, butter milk, lime water ad lib.

Home Remedies- -Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. -A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. -To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. -Make a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, saunf, tulsi, turmeric, and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. -Take 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. -Eat fresh neem leaves twice a day. Diet- -Flaxseed, oranges, tomato, lemon, spinach. -Salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. -Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). -Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. Do's and Do not's- -Avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast foods. -Eat fresh, unprocessed food. -Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. -Cleanse your face with lemon peels. -Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. The complete treatment differs for every Individual.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
