Shana Seeds for boosting hair growth Did you ever heard of stopping hair loss with shana seeds and it is also possible to make an ayurvedic solution for hair regrowth. This is a well- known Ayurvedic treatment that effectively prevents hair loss and promotes hair growth. Take 2 tablespoons of shana seeds powder and mix it with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to make a paste. Now apply this paste to the scalp and the hairs. Concentrate on the hair roots. From about one month my both legs heels paining and increase day after day. At the morning pain of heels are increase what's problem I don't know please tell me reason. I was cheek my sugar (glucose) for that reason therefore I shock because before meal 126 and after meal 169. From that conclusion am I diabetic person and that why heel pain please help me.

Hi, you are suffering from diabetes type-2. Try to contrl it with balanced diet sugar free. Diabetic neuropathy causes pain and burning sensation. In rise of sugar level muscular atrophy seen causing neuralgia/pain. So it will be solved by youself with utmost care. Ok.

I have back pain in my. Neck since for the past three days. What is the quick solution for pain?

Apply ice or hot pack 4 to 5 times a day for 5 to 10 minutes where pain. Don't keep at one place you should move around pain area. Consult physio they will give treatment. Avoid forward bending, weight lifting.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

My hair is getting white in the age of 16, what should I do for getting my hair black and smooth, silky?

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month.

I think your having oral ulcers in your mouth if you r not a asthmatic patient you can use orange juice without ice at 11 am after breakfast or coconut milk 20 ml in empty stomach for 7to 13 days.

Dear patient, as the sunscreens contain sun protecting factor which we call SPF, is really helpful for our skin rejuvenation and protection. Nowadays,there is global warming and other hazardous conditions in the environment which may worsen your skin problems and your body lotion or fairness cream would not be very much helpful. You should use aloe vera gel twice/week by applying on your face and keeping it for next 10-15 minutes and then rinse off, repeat it every time when you come back from outside. And whnever you go out, even if it's a rainy day, the ultra-violet rays of sun are still affecting you, so apply sunscreen before 20-30 minutes of leaving your place, so the skin would absorb it finely, drink plenty of water to naturally hydrate your skin and take citrus fruits like orange, lemon etc, watermelon in this summer, stay healthy.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time.

This could be because of hormonal imbalance. Condition is called irregular ripening of the endometrium because of proesterone defficiency. Adding progesterone for last 5 days (21-25 days) may help you.

Hello lybrate-user, You need to increase protein in your daily diet and not in the form of supplements or tablets available in the market. Some of the good sources of dietary protein are milk, paneer,cheese, dals, rajma, chole, chana, soybean, eggs, chicken, fish (if non-vegetarian). Have 3 main meals and 2-3 in between meals with healthy food options. Since you are just 18 yrs, your weight might be slightly less (it should be around 65 - 70 kg) but with good and healthy diet with protein foods, you should be able to achieve your ideal body weight.

Mai apne hairs ko daily shampoo krta hu bt 10-12 hours k baad hair oily ho jate hai. Hair greasy ho jate. Ye kaise thik hoga. Hair oil hone k chalte dandruff v ho Jata hai. Aur hairfall v hone lgta hai. Keraglo shampoo v use kiye bt kuch fayda ni hua. Ye kaise thik hoga? please suggest medicine and best shampoo?

Dear Lybrate user You seem to have a very oily scalp. It is advisable to use a mild shampoo on a daily basis for a scalp like yours. Avoid hot water for bath and don't cover your hair with towel after bath as these will worsen the oil secretion. Use Salisia KT shampoo twice a week. Keep it on for 3 to 4 mins during bath.

Take Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in piles and bleeding in piles also. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, go walk daily. avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic.

Hello, if you want to prevent skin problems due to hot climate please maimtain your body hydrated like drinking atleast 5-6 liters of water, include liqiuids in daily diet like fruit juice, coconut water etc. And you can use sunscreen lotion which is having spf 30.

Pain in Urination - Common Reasons Behind it!

If you are experiencing pain in urination along with a burning sensation, a health condition known as dysuria is indicated. This condition is usually common in women and men alike. However, older men are more prone to face this problem. Pain during urination may occur because of various reasons. The most common causes are as follows:
Infections

  1. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a common cause of painful urination. Infections may occur in any part of your urinary tract, such as in the kidneys, bladder, and the ureters. These infections occur due to bacteria, which gets into the urinary tract via the urethra. There are several factors, which increase your chances of being affected by UTI. They include diabetes, an enlarged prostate, old age, pregnancy, and kidney stones. UTI is signified by other symptoms such as fever, bloody urines, flank pain, stronger smelling urine, and an increased urge for urination.
  2. At times, painful urination may also be associated with vaginal infections in women, like yeast infection. Vaginal discharge and foul odor are indicated in the case of vaginal infections.
  3. Painful urination is also caused because of certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as gonorrhea, genital herpes and Chlamydia.

Inflammation and irritation
There are several problems, which can cause inflammation of your urinary tract and genital region. This further results in painful urination. Inflammation and irritations also occur because of other factors such as urinary tract stones, vaginal changes associated with menopause, certain physical activities and the side effects of several medicines, treatment procedures and health supplements.

Consulting a doctor for painful urination
Your doctor will suggest you to undertake certain laboratory tests for the proper diagnosis of the cause of your painful urination. After this, a suitable treatment method is sought and undertaken. Before this, an overall physical examination is also carried out. Your doctor is likely to ask you some important questions regarding your painful irritation, how the condition worsens, and is felt during the onset of urination. It is also likely for your doctor to know about any other symptoms, which you might be experiencing such as fever, flank pain and vaginal discharge. You must tell your doctor about any changes observed in your urine flow, such as difficulty in initiating flow, an increased urge to urinate, and dribbling.

Apart from these, your doctor may also ask whether you experienced any character in urine after painful urination. These may include colour, amount, cloudiness, presence of pus in the urine and so on. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.
