Hi dear lybrate-user do not worry avoid stress and take high protein diet and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise and take same medicine 3-4 month, ashwagandha-powder and shatavari churna 3-5gm twice a day with milk after breakfast and dinner. You will feel physically fit very soon.

Hello, You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. For Height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so you don't have chances of growing further! But still can follow as per below. Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the Best!

Dear , lybrate-user Tips to get long and healthy hair . Coconut hair oil only makes the hair free from frizzy. But it not helps in growing the hair. This hair oil is just as the conditioner for the hair. Almond oil is really beneficial to the hair. Apply the oils at night time makes your hair smooth and shiny to the next morning. Other oils like castor oil and mustard oil are also enhancing the hair and keep your hair scalp smooth. Tea oil is the best applicant for the hair. It makes the hair glow and shiny. Mixture of lemon , curd, tea extracts are widely used for the hair masks and conditioners. Apple cider vinegar helps for the bouncy hair. Apply the vinegar mix with hot water on the hair makes your hair bouncy. Bottle gourd juices is good for the hair .Apply the bottle gourd juice on the hair and wash after 3o minutes gives the best results. Olive oil is best for the split ends. Apply the olive oil at the split ends of the hair. Amla powder, castor oil and egg mix all of them and make as smooth paste. Apply if before going to hair bath. Avoid the hot water baths. Hot water makes your hair dry and brittle. For the hair fall take the henna, lemon juice and egg white mix all these. Apply this paste on the hair and hair scalp. Wash after 20 minutes. Living on junk food could lead to nutritional deficiencies, which may contribute to baldness. People having eating disorders are also more likely to suffer from extensive hair loss. 7: Harsh weather conditions: The air conditioner in your office and home may seem comfortable and cozy, but it may not be the same for your hair. Being fragile and susceptible to damage, hair responds most severely to any atmospheric changes. In such cases, a good way to prevent hair fall is to condition your hair as often as possible. 8: Gender: Though hair loss and baldness is observed in both the sexes, women tend to lose hair uniformly – all around the scalp, whereas men tend to lose hair in a distinctive pattern (the receding hairline). Dear lybrate-user, I want to ask you about your night sleep. If it is fine then you need to undergo thyroid test to evaluate you for hypothyroidism. Start exercise daily for 30 to 40 mins, 3.5 to 4L water intake per day. Take hot shower 30 min before sleep and apply lotion on your limbs. I am sure this will help you. Hello lybrate user- prolonged menses or over flow during menses is known as atyartava disease in ayurveda. It occurs due to improper diet and daily schedule. Try these tips to overcome this diseases- a) avoid salty and spicy foods, avoid fast foods, green leafy vegetable and curd. B) go to bed before 10 pm. C) increase dairy product other than curd in your diet specially cow's ghee. D) use ashokaristha 2 tsp twice daily with water and tab pistil forte 1 tab twice daily.

Hello. You can use over-the-counter teeth whitening toothpastes, whitening strips, gels, rinses available in the market or visit a dentist for bleaching, scaling, etc. Also,can try the following home remedies: Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid affecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. In the morning, before you brush your teeth, scoop out a tablespoon or a little less (depending on the size of your mouth) of coconut oil. You can either soften it, or just put it in your mouth (I usually do the latter, and just let it soften.) Push, swish, and “pull” the oil through and around your teeth for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out, rinse with water, and brush your teeth.
