take syp sucramal two tsp 3 times daily after meals..take pantocid dsr tablets twice daily before meals avoid chillies/spicy foods and tea /coffee.... drink banana shake in the morning .it'll help

Your problem needs appropriate diagnosis. Usually when such gastrites like symptoms comes people goes to a medicine shop or a quack and get some antacids or conventional tablets, and problem goes for a moment and reverts back again with more rigidity. Unfortunately this cycle goes on till such gastrites converts in to a cancer or non-healing ulcer (for which surgery is the only treatment). Almost all types of stomach problem are treatable but need correct diagnosis as early as possible. There are at least 6-8 causes of such gastric problem and the medicine for each of them are also different. Hence, kindly get your problem diagnosed early and correctly first.

It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. Also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat. Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied regards.

, any scrotal swelling must be diagnosed by physical examination and if needed usg. Most appropriate hand for the same is a surgeon. The treatment varies with different diagnosed diseases which may be hydrocele, hernia, neoplasms etc. It must not be taken lightly since this may lead (if no direct complications) to the pressure effects on the testes. . It may be due to 1. Anxiety, depression 2. Fatigue, stress 3. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5you can take the following measures a) avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) practice relaxation technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. F) use condom to reduce sensation g) take foods to increase testosterone like eggs /asparagus/dark chocolate/carrots/oats/ashwagandha/avocado/blue berries/ banana/walnut/cereals/onion/garlic/almonds/bean/ mushroom h) consult sex therapist/sexologist for advice.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Dear Samuel Good control of asthma comes with strict adherence to your asthma action plan ie Use preventive inhaler with spacer on a twice daily regimen and use of releiver during acute attacks .Identifying your triggers and trying to control them.Allergy skin test to identify your allergans and taking oral immunotherapy ,controlling allergic rhinitis with antihistamines .Identifying other comorbid conditions such as GERD if present and treating it. Allergy control measures for dust ,fungus,cockroach as applicable,environmental control stop smoking ,stop using mosquito coils . Regular follow up with your chest ,Allergy doctor. Thank you

In order to reduce your weight, it is necessary for diet modifications and lifestyle changes. Your diet should be high in fiber, which includes complex carbohydrate foods and low in fat. Include more of raw fruits and vegetables in the diet; avoid saturated fats and oily fried food stuffs. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. If you are a rice eater, then restrict on rice to one meal day a day. Have whole grams, green leafy vegetables at least twice a week. Never skip your breakfast, because it kick starts your metabolism. For the day. To start the day, eat a healthy breakfast with all essential nutrients. Try to avoid oily fried foods like vada, poori etc and also chutney made out of coconut or groundnut, instead choose sambar or onion / tomato / mint / Coriander chutney. You can have idli or dosa or Chapati with chutney made from onion or tomato or coriander without coconut or you can have it with sambar or any vegetable preparation. Take green tea without sugar as a mid-morning snack along with some hi-fiber or any wheat biscuits. Green tea helps in fat preventing fat deposits in the body and also aids in weight loss. For lunch, restrict on rice, take three Roti without oil, with vegetables and dhal along with a glass of Skimmed Buttermilk. Include salads on a regular basis to increase the fiber content in the diet and avoid sweets, pappad, pickles which are high in calories. During evening, have a very light snack like boiled corn or any fruit or a katori of sprouts or two slices of wheat bread sandwich or boiled Rajma or Channa with salt. Have an early dinner before 8 pm, avoid rice and any preparations made from rice during this time, have either roti made with wheat flour or jowar flour without oil, or any preparation made out of ragi or Broken wheat along with vegetables and dhal, include salads also. Bedtime - a fruit or a glass of skimmed milk or buttermilk can be taken. Fruits like Banana, Seethaphal, Sapota, Avocado, Watermelon, Mango and all Root vegetables (except radish, turnip, carrot) are to be avoided in the diet. There should be a gap of 1.5 hrs- 2 hrs time intervals before you go to bed, after dinner. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. Along with diet modifications, a minimum 45 minutes brisk walk for 6 days in a week is recommended. Include 'Warm-up' and 'cool-down ‘periods, before and after the exercise regimen. Forty-five minutes per day of moderate intensity physical activity provide many health benefits. Hope I answered your query. Regards.

This means you have diabetes are you on treatment? if not start on tablet k- glim m 1 once a day before break fast. Check blood sugar after 10 days. If controlled continue the same and avoid sweets, fried foods and fruits like mango, banana, chikkoos& grapes. Exercise for 1 h every day.

Take steam inhalation through nose 3 times in a day for 7 days. Do ballooning of cheeks with clpsed nose by finger and nose pressure on lower part of nose. Do it gently. Several times in a day.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping.

82 years my father suffer with backach and low backach since last 10 years and he takes number of medicines prescribed by expert doctors. Hi , he' s taking too many medicines which will give him abdominal pain. I would suggest for a home physiotherapist who can make him to do some active assisted exercises and help him to walk. After looking at you dad and assessing him the physio will be able to suggest you whether cold or hot fomentation will help for his back. In case of disc bulge and any tear then cold pack works well and in case of muscle spasm hot works well Dr. Avanthiprabhakar
