I have a running nose and cough from past few days can you suggest me some medicine.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops. If you have a throat infection, or a viral cold then I will prescribe appropriate meds based on your detailed assessment.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

How to control over masturbation? Am having high sex drive. How can I control that? Any solutions?
The habit of masturbation is like an addiction. Once you you have started masturbation, it is difficult to quit. It might seem even impossible. However if you have strong will you can quit this habbit. Again if you are doing masturbation once in a while [like once in two days] you should not be worried about it. But stopping it or minizing the frequencing will be a good thing if you can. To stop the habit of masturbation you must first bear in mind what damages it can bring into your life. It will reduce your genital power. You will feel pain in the back and legs. You would not feel at you 100% all the time. You will keep forgetting things. These effects are more salient at a later age. It will effect your self confidence a lot and you might not be able to talk to girls whome you want to talk. All this is because of masturbation. To quit masturbating lets see where most people would masturbate (or thos people who do it so often that they fall in the problem of premature ejaculation which litteraly destroys their whole life). 1.When you are taking bath 2.When you attend bathroom. 3.Before going to sleep at night (every night) 4.When are feeling board and are alone. You do it to kill boardem. 5.When you have a strong fantasy about sex/someone 6.When you see an attractive girl and are alone in home 7.You see beautiful actress on the TV 8.You see a porn movie and unable to control yourself. I have mentioned the cases in order of more dangereous to less dangerous. Look at item 1, you masturbate because you look youself in the mirror and get excited right away. Since you are naked and in right place to masturbate you can't help not doing it. This is one of the harmful way of masturbating [if you doing it all the time when you are taking bath]. Since it is somewhat unintentional masturbation because you are really taking a bath and should not be masturbating, it is really bad. Many people, in their teenage, would take bath just because they get a chance to masturbate. I remember I was not very regular in bath and when I discroved it, I used to take bath willingly. You should try to control over it slowly. Do not masturbate all the time when you are taking bath. Do it only if you are really feeling aroused enough to do it. The second reason is when you attend a bathroom. This is the place where you see yourself naked, getting bored / or sexually excited and go for masturbation. You should not masturbate when you attend bathroom. The reason is you attend bathroom every day which means you will masturbate every day! Masturbating before going to bad is another common type of masturbation. You simply are bored (can'g get sleep) and you masturbate. As soon as you masturbate you fall asleep easily. This also shows the physical effects of maturbation. You are relieved of all tension and your mind becomes free of thoughts. Your body becomes relaxed and somewhat exhausted and you easily fall asleep. Note that a good way to sleep is to free you mind of any thoughts esp sexual thoughts! They keep you aroused and you never get to sleep! The remaining points are also important but not as much as the above three. Because the above three are the most common types of masturbations. Masturbating on sexual fantasies is also a common source of masturbating. You need to lower the frequency of masturbation on fantasies by getting involved in other things. Controlling by Food Food plays vital role in your body metabolism (Metabolism is the breaking down of your food to give you energy). If you eat rich food, your metabolism rate will increase giving you higher energy level. They higher engergies level will get you sexually more excited and you are more likely to masturbate if you eat hot and spicy food rather not non-spicy food. The food is paramount when it comes to controlling your habit of masturbation. Without know what is hot and what is not, it may be difficult for you to control the habit of masturbation. If you are already having a premature-ejaculation problem and want to control masturbation, you are definely required not to eat spicy food. I will provide a list of spicy food in near future. The most basic hot food is eggs. You should avoid it if you are feeling strong urge for masturbation or trying to quit it Other Techniques There are some other way to quite the habit of masturbation. I will mention each of them in separate paragraphs. Change your place: If you are used to masturbating in certain places, just change that place. Avoid going to that places. Like if you have bahroom where you masturbate more likely avoid going to it. If you masturbate all the time when you are sleeping alone in your room, try sleeping with someones else room. Use your relegios beliefs to keep yourself away from masturabation. For example is Islam masturbation is prohibited [ allowed only if there is a strong urge for that]. There might be similar believes in other relegions. Try seraching in 'www.google.com' to find out more information. If you are masturbating with right hand, switch to left hand. You will get a reduced joy and gradually stop masturbating. Avoid seeing pron movies. Porn movies only excites you more. There is not reason to watch porn movies. It distracts you from your studies. Never risk your moral values. Keep yourself busy This is a really good way to avoid masturbation. As a common quote'empty brain is home fo setan' mean that when you have to do nothing you are thinking about wild ideas. When ever you feel bored, do something contructive: give time to stuy or talk to a friend or your mother or father. Read a good newspaper. Watch TV or take some time and go out for palying, for a walk or visit a friend. All these things which might mean nothing keep you busy and it is a good way of spending your life On aspect of masturbating that I would like to metion here is that when you masturbate only with one hand, your penis is getting used to it and it bents in the direction opposite to the hand you are using. This is because you are using same type of unbalances pressure on your penis which causes it to bend. Masturbating with both hand will come over tha problem too. Cigarette smoke does affect your skin, eyes, and hair among other things. I am glad that you want to give up smoking. About the possibility of cancer, it is difficult to say depending on various factors. But for this level of smoking we may assume that you may not have caused that kind of development. Usually, when you cease smoking a lot of the damage that was caused earlier due to the smoking can be reverted back to good health. Again, when you drink and smoke, they together can cause more damage to the liver than indulging in drinking alone. All of these can be restored by stopping cigarette smoking. Here is how to go about it: the best way is to find out about the harmful effects of smoking and tobacco. The knowledge itself helps keep the intention to stop active. But as you know that is not enough but it does have a telling effect. I remember that in the early nineties, we knew that smoking was reducing by 1% annually in the west while it was growing by 2% in india, all because of the awareness created by various agencies in the developed countries. The knowledge is astounding and scary. That information itself should help you stay out of it. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. And one of its effects is to affect the erectile capacity of your penis. There are more than 4000 harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke! then you need to identify why you smoke: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. You may take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may join smokers anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all, announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here? s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world? you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages, and when temptations are at their highest.

? Before starting any treatment you require to have micro exam of ear. Also if nothing abnormal it may be Neuralgia or reffered pain of toothache or tonsillitis or any infective leasion in throat. Also sinus problem can give rise to ear ache....

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso' s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises any queries inform me.

Hello, Exercises are for life long to keep you fit as there is no permanent cure or treatment for fat deposition, it totally depends on metabolism of one's body, his/ her genetic make-up and lifestyle! Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Pain while passing stool may b" coz of piles and fissure if there is some out growth or in hindi funsi than it may b piles it mainly occurs due to constipation or giving stain while passing stool. For that soft diet & isabgool at night.

Dirty hair causes more hair fall, and shampooing hair daily reduces falling of hair. Fixed amounts of hair fall every day. If hair are washed after a long gap, then also those hair will fall. It is possible that most of the hair fall happens during the massage before shampooing and while shampooing you find less hair fall.

Hi , you have probably acquired throat infection. Since when do you have this pain? you should do warm water gargles at least three times in a day and drink warm turmeric milk at least two cup full in a day.

The cause of ED is important to know. All vegetable and seasonal fruits are equally good. Foods for a longer and stronger erection. Nuts, milk and cheese contain zinc, which is good for the male sex hormone testosterone, which in turn is required for an erection. Also, garlic and onion contain allicin, which helps increase blood flow. Similarly, dark chocolates contain flavanoids which increase blood flow Many types of leafy green lettuce are also high in nitrates, including (but not limited to); Kale Arugula Spinach Butter leaf Beet greens Swiss chard Nitrate-dense leafy greens are one of the best foods for erectile health that you can consume on a daily basis… not to mention is it a seriously cheap option as well!

avoid abortion if it's a first pregnancy but you know better you have few days to decide till 8 weeks abortion tablet work but it should be taken under supervision of the doctor, incase the bleeding continues for more than ten days, do get her checked for any retained products in the uterus which can cause infection and hemorrhage, 2 major causes of maternal mortality in our country
