Some times my pressure is getting low So at that time how can I manage my pressure.

For Maintain low blood pressure (BP) to normal level • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. • Drink a glass of milk daily. It maintain your stamina. • Take a multivitamin capsule daily for 15 days. • Eat a teaspoon of gulkand daily and maintain your blood sugar level. • Do long breathing pranayams daily and do not take stress.

My Mouth ulcers paining lot. Please suggest any immediate cure for it. Tried salt water goggle and Mucopain ointment. But no solution. Still paining lot and not able to eat.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical. Strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

-reduce calorie intake by 25%. -sugar and oil need to be a oiled mainly. -eat light dinner, and have it 3 hours before sleeping. -workout, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. -do 30 minutes of stretching, abs and other exercises everyday. Take more protein and less carbs.

Hi Im 25 years old female. Facing with period missing problem almost 3 months over negative pregnancy test. Tobacco is killer. Quit immediately and go to Doctor or local hospital for tests. Your throat problem can be serious. You can give deep massage to your throat, But earlier advice you must follow.

Hello. Running is good exercise to lose weight. Please eat protein rich food like meat milk eggs. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Take proper rest. Include dry fruits like almonds dates in your diet to compensate weakness. Thanks.

I could not sleep at last few months and couldn't eat anything. Suddenly now I'm sleeping too much like around 15-16 hours a day and eat a lot which I find is excess but I cannot control. I have been shouting and yelling at my family members colleagues unnecessarily and I lose temper very easily. I'm getting irritated with very petty issues and over react. The biggest part is I have my college final exams just starting very soon and I'm unable to concentrate at all. Either I feel dizzy or sleepy or I keep on thinking about other stuffs.

You are suffering from mood disorder with depressive thoughts you need psychotherapy and behaviour therapy. The psychologist analyse the moods past and present. I am 25 years old and suffering hairfall! I am sooo worried I might end up losing all hair on my scalp. The doctor advised me to have tab. Curlzvit which gave me severe headache so I stopped taking it. I am just eating oats, walnuts and almonds to improve the hair quality but no results.

Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .Eat proteins like dals, sprouts, (NV) egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal. These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

Malaria is transmitted by the bite of a female anopheles mosquito.
The malaria mosquito bites mainly between dusk and dawn. While, the dengue mosquito bites during the day.
Malaria can also be transmitted by blood transfusion by sharing of contaminated needles.
Bed nets are good against malaria as major malarial vectors bite during the night.
The behavior of mosquitoes may differ. Some may prefer to rest indoors and feed indoors in the night. Some may prefer to rest and feed outdoors earlier in the day.
Preventive therapy of malaria can be instituted in pregnancy in high risk areas.
The malarial mosquito feeds every third day compared to dengue mosquito, which feeds three times a day.
Malarial fever presents with chills, especially during afternoon.
Spraying of the indoor residential walls and ceiling is effective against mosquitoes.
Ddt is widely used as indoor residential spraying.
Ddt should not be applied more than once or twice early in the walls.
Mosquito contact with ddt surface would generally save from lethal exposure outside the house.
Public must know that spray may require furniture rearrangement. Walls may become streaked with chemical treatment and residual odor from ddt.
The other alternative is malathion spray.

Hi. Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10 ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Tips:-1. In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2. Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3. Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner. And then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4. Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar. Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. May be brisk walk, or just alittle bit of walking, dancing etc. 6. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. This should be taken empty stomach. It will also increase the hb%. Thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy. This contentment is really required because this is always related to mind. Body and mind are interlinked. So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

Migraine - How To Deal With It?

Migraine is the most severe forms of headaches. Migraine attacks usually include nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light along with the severe headaches, which are sometimes unbearable. If faced with this condition, there is only one way out to suffer through it, though pain medications do help manage the pain.

Being such a common condition, there is constant research being done about how to help people deal with migraines. In addition to popping pain killers, there is more than what a person can do to reduce the pain.

  1. Identify the triggers: Those who have had migraine for a while would know what triggers the attack. Whether it is chocolates or eggs, get to know what can induce an attack, and if possible, stay away from it.
  2. Stick to a schedule: Whether it is in terms of food or sleep, try and develop a routine and follow it.
  3. Physical workout: Develop an exercise regime to cover at least 30 minutes of physical exercise. Most people see a dramatic difference with a regular exercise routine.
  4. Bid goodbye to smoking: If you are a smoker, work at quitting this habit. It is one of the known triggers and also aggravates regular headaches.
  5. Stress management: Whether you are going through physical or emotional stress, migraine attacks can become more frequent and severe. Manage physical stress by not sitting at the same location for prolonged periods and by doing small exercises to relax the shoulders, knees, and jaws. For emotional stress, identify what helps you relax and follow it. While deep breathing works for some, for others, it could be music. Whatever your relaxation technique may be, ensure that you follow it. Work on improving relationships that stress you out. A regular exercise routine and sleep pattern also helps in reducing physical stress.

Despite these methods, migraine attacks do happen. Follow the next few steps when you know you are getting an attack.

  1. Stop your regular activities and find a calm environment for yourself. Let this place have less of light and sound as they can aggravate migraines.
  2. Sleep if you are able to.
  3. Go for a warm bath if possible.
  4. Try hot or cold compresses, which can numb the senses and reduce the pain.
  5. Have a caffeinated beverage as this will provides relief. Do not have it in excess as you will have hangover effects from the caffeine.
  6. Use only those medications that were prescribed by your doctor. Do not experiment.
  7. Lifestyle changes including exercise, diet, and stress management play a vital role in dealing with migraines.

Avoid stress tension worry for better health take medication by consulting ayurved vaidya if you have stress tension worry eat home diet with ghee according to your appetite don't overload your stomach by eating extra and very heavyly digested food drinking milk empty stomach will improve your health avoid milk with or before and after eating food take care.

Hi Do you have a stickiness at the back of your throat?  *Do you experience  more discomfort in your throat specially in the morning. How long have you had this problem? If it's less than 3 months duration it's likely to be Acute Pharyngitis.  If more than 3 months it's Chronic pharyngitis.  If your problem is more than 48 hours  you need to start antibiotics Betadine gargle 1: 1 in equal  volume with warm water 3 to 4 times a day. Mild pain killers as needed
