Hi Nikhat There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

Hello Tapas, The female cycles are divided into three phases. In females with normal duration of the cycle, a process called "Ovulation" happens on the 14th day. In this process, the egg is ruptured from the ovary and enters the uterus, ready to be fertilized. In a normal cycle of 28 days, the ovulation happens on the 14th day. But since the duration of the cycle varies from female to female and even in the same female from month to month, 10th day to 18th day of the cycle are considered as the "dangerous period" of the cycle as the chances of pregnancy during this period is the highest. You can plan accordingly. If however your wifes, cycles are irregular, then you can consult me and I can help you with when is the"dangerous period" in her cycles.

Hello Lybrate user. As you mentioned you had a ankle sprained. Apply ice packs for 20 minutes, keep foot elevated, do any kind bracing or taping in order to heal structure. Avoid weight bearing if painful. Thanks.

Dear Its very effective in reducing weight Also try the remedies below they can help you. 1.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 2. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 3. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 4. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 5. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 6.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Drink 3 litres of water daily and stop sugar intake.

Your present weight is 55 kg right but your ideal weight should be 75 kg according your height. Now focus on your diet. This is not a big deal to gain weight. Monitor your life morning till evening what you had or what you had not eat. First of all take a deep breath for 15 min daily and warm up yourself after completing your cool down session. To have 1 glass of milk shake may be banana or papaya with a b protein supplement to have a bowl of cereals like 1 paratha with curd and 2 boiled egg. To have rich dose of lunch. To have in evening juice or fruit or may be sprouts. Continue these all type of food stuff for 1month and check your weight.

I got psoriasis what do I need to do in order to make it go. It is making me feel embarrassed to go in to public with this disease.

Dear lybrate-user, Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using Ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Hello You need not worry. You need to adapt to the following habits : Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Drink plenty of water. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

I am 27 year old male. I feel sleepy most of the time even though I would have slept for 7 to 8 hours. I start feeling sleepy after 3 or 4 hours of waking time and this is affecting my work life and personal life. Need some assistance.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Get cervical X ray AP and lateral done and review with reports Consult Physician/me for Further Management

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. I advice you include high fibre, low fat, calorie, modrate carbohydrates, normal vitamin and mineral. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Use skim milk. Avoid junk n oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Had my periods on 2nd of a month and then 2 weeks from then. I got sudden bleeding at an interval of 2-3 days till 21st of that month. And after that on 24rth day of the same month I had sexual intercourse with my partner.in which he pulled out before ejaculating. Is there any chances of pregnancy. When will be my next period if it's cycle length is 35-36 days?
