Hi lybrate-userthanks for the query relation between lovers or any couple is like bicycle and couples are like their wheels when there will be balance then it will run smoothly and when there will be any type of disturbance in any wheel it will lead to disbalance in your what you can do is to talk clearly and if she says no then you must stop any type of contact with her because you will gain nothing and your life will be like hell. Try to divert your mind involve yourself in some other activity make some new friends. May be you are thinking that you can convince her but if there will be any chance then it can be only by giving some space in your relation. Take care.

Hi/hello, me studying engineering, me suffering from irregular periods endless bleeding. N I have ovaries problem due to this my weight is increase day by day and very worst conditions of hair fall, even skin problems, would you suggest me mam? non following of periods paricharya during period days is main cause for this problem along with irregular eating and sleeping pattern avoid heavy work heavy food bathing travelling exercise during period days correct your eating habits avoid late night study and day time sleeping 1/2 strength exercise is useful in morning in non menturating days eat cow ghee regularly in diet consult privetly for more details diet corrections and medications

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common diseases that are faced by the women of today and the major reason for this is the lack of healthy balanced diet. Pcos is a disease that prevails most commonly in obese or over-weight women. Women with pcos have higher level of insulins than normal and this causes your ovaries to produce excess androgens.

The pcos diet consists of food high in fibre and protein. High fibre food can help combat insulin resistance by slowing down digestion and reducing the effect of sugar on the blood. High fibre food includes beans, lentils, leafy vegetables, almonds and sweet potatoes. Lean protein plays a crucial part in the pcos diet as it ensures that it is filling and is a health dietary option for women. Lean protein is concentrated in food such as tofu, chicken and fish. The diet should also include food reducing inflammation such as tomatoes, kale, spinach and almonds and olive oil.

There are certain food items that should be avoided if you have pcos. They include foods with refined carbohydrates such as white bread, snacks and drinks with high sugar levels and inflammatory food such as red meat. Pcos like many other diseases is positive to proactive lifestyle. Weight loss dieticians state that a healthy diet along with daily exercises would keep pcos at bay.

For that much weight, you need to first loose weight with diet and after loosing some kilos, you should start a work out plan. Diet: -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule. If you can, start doing yoga, even if you can do it for 20 minutes, it is fine.

Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink lots of water through out the day to keep yourself hydrated. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

Do knee strengthening exercises; there is a proper exercise program for it so consult a good physio either consult us through lybrate and we will send you proper exercise program and also send us reports of your injury. My wife not getting period since last 20 days from the date expected. Now she is feeling weakness a lot. Home Pregnancy tests are negative. We went to a gynecologist and she prescribed gynaset tablet for three days and wait for a week. Now I want to know if she is pregnant than can she get period because of this tablet. Means tablet can terminate pregnancy. We asked for blood test but doctor said it's not required now we will do it later.

Gynaset is progesterone tablet meaning used to bring about period when there is no pregnancy. My only opinion is when taken only for 3 days it may not be successful in higher percentage of cases. Success increases if taken for 5 to 7 days and then one needs to wait for another week after stopping.

It could be due to gastritis/Hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult doctor for further advice
