Dark spots might be due to acne (pimples) or due to direct sunexposure. It is very important to use sunscreen spf 15 or above twice on daily basis. First coat should be in the morning (20 mins before stepping out in sun) and second coat around 1pm (noon). Stop picking on pimples and squeezing them to avoid marks and scars that are left behind. Splash your face with clean water regularly (3-4 times) in a day. Hydrate yourself in this season. Avoid junk food and oily food to avoid new eruptions. There are medical and aesthetic treatments available for dark spots but a clear picture of those spots is required for the choice of best treatment possible.

Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Keep Top of Computer Screen at level of eyes. Avoid working in long stretches. Take a break every 45 mins or less. Start neck exercises to strengthen your neck muscles. Get adequate sleep and plenty of water. Consult a pain physician if pain persists.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

Hi Sneha in Mumbai their is dampness which creat such problem. Use cotton undergarments and change it twice a day. Wear loose cotton trousers. You can apply cream on affected areas for soothing effect.

Put your helmet on as normal, then lift it up slightly, then put it back down and lift it up slightly again repeat the above process until you can feel that your hair is not being pulled at the roots and is loose repeat this gentle jigging action several times until you can feel that none of your hairs are being tightly pulled from your scalp. This is the key to preventing traction alopecia caused by long term motorcycle helment use. Get a good coconut oil massage done.

My weight is less please advice me how to gain weight and how to maintain my daily diet.
Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. You can take shatavaryadi churn (powder) of baidyanath company 1/2 teaspoon with milk once a day for fastly gain weight. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Silica - this mineral, the most abundant on earth, strengthens collagen which is what supports the hair matrix and accelerates hair growth.
