I have hair fall problem what can I do. I have in this small age hair falling do no what can I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week. After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

Hi Doc, I am facing itching problem from last two days. I don't know the reason whether it is due to scabies or bed bugs or anything else. The itching also occurs during the daytime also on arms, legs and fingers. So suggest me some solution to get rid of this problem. Regards.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine Specialist, Faridabad
you have scabies.Scabies is an itchy skin condition caused by the microscopic mite Sarcoptes scabei. It is common all over the world, and can affect anyone. Scabies spreads quickly in crowded conditions where there is frequent skin-to-skin contact between people. Hospitals, child-care centers, and nursing homes are examples. Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested person has crusted scabies. You cannot get scabies from a pet. Pets get a different mite infection called mange. Symptoms are Pimple-like irritations or a rash Intense itching, especially at night Sores caused by scratching The infected person's clothes, bedding and towels should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Treatment is also recommended for household members and sexual partners.Several lotions are available to treat scabies. Medicines that may be prescribed include: 5% permethrin cream: This is the most common treatment for scabies. It is safe for children as young as 1 month old and women who are pregnant.  25% benzyl benzoate lotion. 10% sulfur ointment.  10% crotamiton cream. 1% lindane lotion.

Apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem increases it. Treatment is available but need to check the extent of greying. Protein rich food like sprouts, beans, nuts are good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Consult trichologist for treatment.

For pigmentation: •Combine turmeric powder and gram flour. •Add oil and lemon juice to this. •Now add enough milk to get a paste like consistency. •Apply this mask to your face or any other body part where you have pigmentation. •Leave for 10-15 minutes. •Now wet your fingers a little and rub them on your face in circular motion over the dried mask. My skin is very gud but has started sagging. What cream to apply and which home remedies really work.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. Loose skin might occur as you get older or after significant weight loss. To keep your skin plump and elastic, the two ingredients needed are collagen and elastin. Protein rich foods, such as milk, cottage cheese, legumes, tofu, beans, nuts, seeds and fish are rich source of collagen and elastin to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Consuming citrus fruit positively impacts the elasticity of your skin due to its vitamin C content. Bell peppers are an excellent source of the vitamin C you need for collagen production. The cruciferous vegetable group which includes brussels sprouts, cabbage, Daikon radishes, rutabagas, broccoli and watercress. These vegetables are generally a good source of vitamin C. Avoid Junk / Fried Foods. Water is crucial in preserving your skin elasticity. When you keep yourself hydrated, it comes out in your skin to tighten the loose skin and make it look glowing. Limit your exposure to sun, hot and chlorinated water, as too much exposure of these tends to loosen up your skin more than what you have. Apply a good sunscreen (with SPF-30), 20-30 minutes before going out in the sunlight. Apply skin firming cream or lotion that contain herbal ingredients, aloe Vera and vitamins E and A. Nourish your skin with a collagen cream that is specifically designed to get rid of sagging skin. Can apply almond oil or castor oil on your body. Avoid sulphates or harsh soaps and shampoos. Endurance exercises will burn fat, but you also need to do strength / resistance training. Avoid stress/ tension, irritability and be happy & optimistic!

BAMS

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Mustard Oil for Hair

BHMS, DEMS

Mustard Oil for Hair

Mustard Oil for Hairs:-

If you know how to use Mustard Oil properly, this natural product can be a miracle for your hair. The oil is derived from the mustard seeds that are rich sources of vitamins (A, D, E, and K), calcium, magnesium,  minerals (zinc, selenium, and beta-carotene), and iron . Due to abundant presence of vitamin A, it stimulates hair growth. Mustard Oil does not allow fungal growth making it useful for avoiding scalp infections. The oil is considered to be highly beneficial in treating dry and damaged hair. This natural product is the perfect option to strengthen our hairs and reduce hair fall.

The following are ways you can apply mustard oil.

1. Normal way:-

Apply the oil a bit warm because it stimulates blood circulation. Massage it on scalp for 15 minutes. Leave it for 2 hours. Best is to leave it for overnight. The oil will go away in 2 shampoos.

2. Using with water:-

Make a mixture of mustard oil and water in equal proportion. Beat it like you are beating an egg while making cake. Or you can put the mixture in a bottle and shake it for some time. Apply it on your hairs and leave it for some hours. This is how I always apply to my hairs as it is less greasy and works better.

According to my knowledge, I can say that Mustard Oil works as a miracle for skin and hairs. So, do try it.

Always remember,

“Beauty is not flawless, It shines even through your flaws.”

No one is perfect, and no one is beautiful. It is only about how we thinking we are, if we think we are perfect and beautiful than we are perfect and beautiful.

take care :)

I have pimples on my face along with scars. please give me the suggestions for that?

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
