Sir I had undergone bartholin cyst operation one week before. What are the care should be taken now?

Rest when you feel tired. Try to walk each day. Start out by walking a little more than you did the day before. Avoid strenuous activities, such as biking, jogging, weight lifting, and aerobic exercise. You may have some blood or fluid draining from the cyst. Wear sanitary pads if needed. Do not have sex until your doctor tells you it is okay. You can eat your normal diet. Drink plenty of fluids. You may notice that your bowels are not regular right after your surgery. This is common. Try to avoid constipation and straining with bowel movements. Take a fibre supplement. If you have not had a bowel movement after a couple of days, take a mild laxative. Wash the area daily with warm water. Sit in 8 to 10 centimetres of warm water (sitz bath) for 15 to 20 minutes 3 times a day. Keep the area clean and dry.

Hi, First and foremost thing is, you have to reduce your weight by good exercise and diet. Take tab. Uteract 2-0-2 after food and tab Hyponidd 1-0-1 before food, which will regularise menstruation. Take these medicines continuously for 3-6 months and gradually your periods will get regularised.

Possibly you have a vaginal infection. I would advice use Cansoft-CL vaginal pessaries- insert one tablet every night in the vagina for the next 6 nights and see if it helps. Also you and your partner need to take a single course of AF-KIT4 to give you a more permanent solution. Also I would advice to use condoms during sex.

You may have ovulation and/or corpus luteal rupture pain. If severe do a usg of pelvis. Otherwise wait for period and then do pregnancy test.

Hello Mridula, Sometimes when there is some stress or anxiety, the periods tend to get delayed. You don't need to worry. In absence of pregnancy, the periods will come even if you not take any medicines for it. If you are getting very anxious, you can take Homeopathic Pulsatilla 200, 4 pills three times a day till you get periods. Perform some abdomen exercises like crunches and paschimottanasana.

Please note that you need to identify if you are having any cyst/growth in the breast that is causing pain. If not then do a USG of both breasts. Take Belladonna 30 - twice daily for next 10 days/till the reports arrive.

As per your question, you are aware that your wife has a lump in her breast. Going by the age, and if there is no family history of having cancer of either breast or ovary, all the probability is that it could be an harmless lump. Nevertheless, it has to be confirmed. It is suggested that you consult a surgeon for further evaluation which includes an Ultrasound of breast (to find out if any additional smaller lumps) and a cytology test if required.

Do not worry there may be excs bleeding due to delyed memces. If it do not stop in next 2 /3 days visit a gynecologyst.

Hi, I am a 25 years old unmarried female. I have been having watery loose motions (diarrhoea) for the past 4 days, along with nausea and unnecessary headache and lower backache. I have also been taking medicines like norflox 400 and zintec but it's not helping. Everytime I eat anything, I usually have to rush to the washroom. I google my symptoms and somehow I came across lots of articles which indicated that I might be pregnant. That these symptoms might be of early pregnancy. I last had unprotected intercourse with my fiancé on 5th August after which I took an ipill. My dates are usually within the span of 18th-21st days of the month. On the 4th day of the diarrhoea I experienced some spotting too, and I thought that my date came early this month but these spotting were irregular not like periods. I even took a pregnancy test, and it was negative. I am still unsure what is it that's happening. Request you to advice and help me out of this dilemma and discomfort.

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.

This way doesn't lead to pregnancy. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. This is a side effect of unwanted 72. It makes your menstrual cycle irregular. It's effect takes 1-2 months to go away. Remember it is not a routine contraceptive but an emergency contraceptive and can cause lot of side effects. So use it carefully. Use condoms instead.

I am 23 years old unmarried female. My weight is 60 kg and height is 5 ft 2 inch. I have problem regarding my menstrual cycle. I always have regular periods. But its being irregular from july I got periods on 18 july for 5 days normally after 16 june But then It did not happen in august And directly on 19 September for 5 days Then on 9 october for 5 days And now its happening again from 25th october. I do not know why it did not happen for 2 months and then happened after 20 days and now in 10 days. Should I be worried.
