I have back pain long time in morning time lots of pain please give me some tips.
Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. I would like to examine your aunt in detail & investigate. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway she may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure she is not allergic to any of the medicines she is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days.

What you are describing is achilles tendonitis. You can start achilles stretching physio and use heel shoes with insoles to offload the pressure.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

I have gerd and bulge in c4 & c5. And deficiency in b12 & d vit. I am feeling more fatique and tiredness and muscle aces. Does gerd cause fatique and discomfort in lungs?

Ur discomfort and fatigue is because of low vitamin d and b12, get that corrected and fatigue, tiredness and muscle aches will go. Take calcium supplements and vitamin e supplements as well.

Hi lybrate user, rheumatoid arthritis (ra) mainly presents as pain, morning stiffness & deformity (at advanced stage) of joints involved. Joints may vary from person to person such as small joints to big joints. There are few basic & few advanced test. Basic tests include ra factor (which may or may not be positive, if it is positive it is called seropositive ra, if negative its called seronegative ra), crp (which is raised in most of inflammatory disease), xray of involved joints & advanced test is anti ccp (which is more specific than ra factor, but even this test can not have 100 % specificity). We clinician put diagnosis depending upon history, symtoms, clinical presentation, positivity of ra factor or anticcp. Hope it helps.

Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your pain could be due to inflammation of the bone - use a cushion or pillow while sitting, avoid sitting for too long - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do spinal exercises to strengthen the spine & paraspinal muscles, do it regularly - do x-ray of the region to know the exact cause, consult a orthopedician. -

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello, it could becoz of calcium deficiency or any other deficiencies if its seen in so young age, include more of calcium n greens in your diet. Moreover your sitting postures n etc matters, take care of that as well, if you don't feel better revert back.
