Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello, Don't skip breakfast. Have protein rich breakfast. Have bowl full of salads before meals. Eat in small plates and have small portions. Eat 5 small meals. Avoid maida, junk food, fruit juices, colas. Do pranayaam and meditation. Also do brisk walking for 20 min everyday. For a customized diet plan you can contact me privately.

Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day .

Here are very few vegetables which can be eaten in a raw form because they contain pesticides. You can have broccoli, sweet corns, sweet peas, onion in a raw form, but it is always advisable to have vegetables in cooked form as to kill the micro-organisms. Team Nutrihealth.

Dear lybrate-user, Would you like to be a man or not if yes then never think about steroids for body building. Steroids are reserved for certain fatal and emergency conditions so these shouldn't be use for this. Perhaps you don't know these are life saving drugs but while using unnecessary then these are also a cause of serious diseases like diabetes, cancer and many others. So you should take well nourished diet, fruits, vegetables, milk etc.

Hello, Milk and bananas cannot replace your breakfast. You need to have all the nutrients and wholesome foods for the breakfast.

There is no such medicine. If you want to grow weight, Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
