I suffer from tinnitus from 3-4 yrs. It started after I got herpes on my right chick. Herpes was treated in 20 to 30 days but tinnitus does not stop. have gone throw many doctors and have medicines for more then 1 years bt nothing change. It is as it is. please show me some medicine or diet by which I feel free from this tinnitus. I m tired of this. This have started hearing loss to me.

After getting a herpes where the nerve gets invoved it is but natural to get ringing sensation in the ear. It will take a very long time for the tinnitus to go. You need to have a lot of patience. Taking nerve strengthing tablets for a few months can give some relief.

Dear lybrate-user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

Do it only if both of you find it comfortable and pleasurable. Use a lot of lubricant while doing it. Ky jelly or other water based lubricants maybe used.

In spite of all of the current research that points to unhealthy living as the underlying cause of a multitude of health problems, obesity rates continue to soar, especially among younger generations. Admittedly, it can be extraordinarily difficult to change habits that are learned early on, and even individuals who are motivated to lose weight and get healthy may struggle with this process. However, it is important for men and women alike to understand how their lifestyle can affect their overall health, both in the long and short term. And for men, in particular, one effect of an unhealthy lifestyle can be especially devastating - the loss of penis sensation that comes with obesity-related health issues. Some of the effects of obesity on penis health and function are described here.

How an unhealthy lifestyle can affect penis sensation?

Limited circulation -Unhealthy living, including a diet that is high in harmful fats and cholesterol, can clog the arteries and seriously impact the circulation. Furthermore, the extra pressure caused by excessive body fat compresses the blood vessels; the resulting loss of circulation can cause loss of sensation to the appendages, including the penis - much like sitting on a hand can make it go numb after a period of time.
Direct damage to the blood vessels -One of the most serious obesity-related issues is, of course, type 2 diabetes; this systemic disease affects all parts of the body and can have life-altering consequences if it is not controlled. Diabetes is characterized by high levels of blood glucose. These excess sugars in the blood act as toxins, gradually destroying many of the tissues of the body. Among the first to be affected is the circulatory tissue, meaning that there are fewer healthy blood vessels available to carry blood throughout the body; and again, the appendages - the arms, legs, and penis - are often impacted the most.
Loss of nerve function -As with the circulatory tissue, the intricate network of nerve tissue that serves all parts of the body can be damaged by high glucose levels, leading to a condition known as diabetic neuropathy. This condition can cause loss of sensation in the extremities, such as the fingers and toes, as well as in the penis.

Taking care for better health

Fortunately, many of these issues can be resolved by keeping blood sugar under control and losing weight. Although making the lifestyle changes needed for better health can seem difficult, if not impossible at first, men who stick to a new routine that includes healthy eating, exercise, and regular checkups with their doctor will see positive results. Hello, no these signs can not define that you are pregnant or not, as you told us your lmp was on 12th so may be you will get periods witin3-5 days. And if you had an intercourse between this period, than tell about that with the date. Thanx.

Urological problems such as urinary tract infection, urinary incontinence, and kidney stones are highly prevalent across gender and age groups. But there are several simple measures you may undertake to improve urological health and prevent such problems.

  1. Drinking adequate amount of fluids: Waste products are mostly eliminated through urine, and when you drink more water, you will be able to remove more toxins from the body. The general recommendation is having 8 glasses of water in a day even though this varies on an individual basis. You must also consider drinking cranberry juice which offers protection from various types of infections of the urinary tract. And you should drink an extra amount of water while exercising and when you are spending a lot of time outside as you might excrete more water through perspiration.
  2. Cutting down the intake of caffeine and alcohol: Both alcohol and caffeine act as a diuretic and they irritate the lining of the urinary bladder. This causes frequent urge to urinate.
  3. Avoid holding urine: You should never practice holding the urine for a long span of time but try going to the toilet whenever you feel the urge.
  4. Controlling the daily intake of salt: When you consume too much of salt, the sodium in the body increases and it causes retention of fluids in the body. This is invariably linked with high blood pressure which can cause damage to the kidneys and formation of kidney stones. Thus, it is essential to reduce the intake of canned foods, fried stuff, and processed foods.
  5. Keeping the genital area clean: You should always aim to keep the genital area clean by washing it with plain water or some mild cleanser once in a day. Also, while indulging in sexual intercourse, bacteria along with other micro-organisms can enter into the urinary tract causing infection. Women are at a higher risk of developing urinary tract infections since they have a shorter urethra. Male groins and female vaginas are considered breeding grounds for different pathogens which can transfer from one partner to another during intercourse hence care should be taken.
  6. Preventing urological problems in women: Once you use the washroom, you should wipe the genital area from the front part to back. You should not use perfumed soaps and cleansers in the vaginal areas. Wearing cotton panties is always a healthier option than other fabrics. One should also avoid using vaginal deodorants and spermicidal creams to prevent infections.

Though numerous treatment options are available for these disorders since prevention is always better than cure, adopt these practices to steer clear of these common problems. Further, incorporating lifestyle changes such as eating a balanced diet coupled with exercise and leading a stress-free routine can pave the way for general good health.
