Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. गहरी नींद भी है जरुरी -शरीर एवं मन को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए प्रतिदिन लगभग 7 घंटे की गहरी नींद एक वयस्क के लिए जरुरी है,लगातार नींद पूरी ना होना तथा बार बार नींद खुलना,अनेक बीमारियों का कारण बनता हैl

अच्छी नींद के लिए ये उपाय करें- सोने का कमरा साफ सुथरा,शांत एवं एकांत में होना चाहिए,रात को अधिकतम 10-11 बजे तक सो जाना और सुबह 5-6 बजे तक उठ जाना स्वास्थ्य के लिए अच्छा माना जाता है,सोने से पहले शवासन करने से अच्छी नींद आती है,खाना सोने से 2-3 घंटे पहले कर लेना चाहिए एवं शाम को खाना खाने के बाद 20-25 मिनट अवश्य घूमें l

टेंशन को कहें बाय बाय – रोज मर्रा की जिंदगी में आने वाली समस्यों के लिए चिंतन करना सही है चिंता करना नहीं,चिता तो फिर भी मरने के बाद शरीर को जलाती है किन्तु लगातार अनावश्यक चिंता जीते जी शरीर को जला देती है इसलिए तनाव होने पर भाई,बंधू एवं विश्वास पात्र मित्रों से सलाह मश्वरा करें यदि समस्या फिर भी ना सुलझे तो विशेषज्ञ से राय लें l

नशे से रहें बच के- यूवा पीढ़ी के लिए कोई सबसे खतरनाक बीमारी है तो वो है नशे के जाल में फँसना,शराब,धूम्रपान,तम्बाकू ये सब सेहत के दुश्मन हैं,किसी भी स्थिति में नशे की लत से बचें,यदि नशे से बचे हुए हैं तो बहुत अच्छा किन्तु,यदि कोई नशा करते हैं तो जितनी जल्दी नशे से दुरी बना लें उतना ही अच्छा है,ये ऐसी बीमारी है जो कैंसर और एड्स से भी ज्यादा खतरनाक है और एकसाथ कई परिवारों को बर्बाद करती है तथा शारीरिक,मानसिक,आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठा के नाश का कारण बनती है,इसलिए नशे से बचना ही बेहतर उपाय है l

It could be because of unhealthy lifestyle. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am 34 years old I had a backache from last 2 months don't know what to do?

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

I have frequent headache, sleeplessness, occasional pain in the neck, throat pain and muscle ache. What's wrong with me?
Headache can be due to multiple reasons. High blood pressure/ problems of near or distant vision. Not using spectacles/ change required in glasses power. Nose/ ear / throat infection/ sinus infection/tooth infection. For treatment of specific cause of disease, consult your doctor. However rest/ steam inhalation/ applying balm on fore head/ tea /coffee may help. Throat pain can be due to upper respiratory infection. There can be fever/ cough/ headache/ nasal discharge. Warm saline gargles, steam inhalation/ drinking hot fluids like water/tea/coffee/soup may give relief. Keeping lozenges in mouth may give soothing feeling. For specific medication consult your doctor 9. Sleep hygiene is term used for availing sound sleep. Bed should be cushioned, no wrinkles on bed sheet. Loose night suit, no light or sound of ticking clock/ noise from mobile in the room, small soft pillow. No tea /coffee/ excessive water/ overeating, before going to bed. Sleep has two phases, rem (rapid eye movement) sleep and nrem (non rapid eye movement) sleep. These phases keep alternating at some interval. Rem sleep is sound sleep and dreams are experienced in this phase. Going to sleep while sitting in bus /chair (cat nap) occur in rem sleep. If you experience one rem sleep/cat nap, you will have satisfaction of adequate sleep. If you hit the bed during nrem sleep phase then you will keep tossing in bed till rem sleep phase come. Don't carry your office tension to bed room.

Hello There may b itching after u shaved for sum days. Use gud quality disposable shaving kit. In medicines u can start wid 1. apply coconut oil mixed wid small quantity of camphor to d skin around vagina (don't directly apply to soft genitalia) secondly u also can apply aloe vera gel. 2. internally chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice daily 3. chandnadav 2 tsp twice daily wid warm water avoid sour food items.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done.

Hello Hair roots are situated inside he scalp so eat more protein rich food like sprouts,beans,nuts.Milk and milk products are good sources of calcium and even protein.Green leafy vegetable will take care of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. If the hair fall doesn't settle then consult Trichologist

I hv problem of pimple on my face please tell me a solution.
Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.
