Steroids are harmful. Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.

Your depression is anger related and this emotion, if not expressed turns inward causing the depression. Anger is energy and when this turns against you, it stifles the natural energy to make you feel tired, dull, listless and lethargic. If someone irritates you even slightly, you can easily flare-up. Then the vicious circle is for you to feel guilty and get angrier with yourself: more the depression. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, and wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend yoga classes etc. Watch a lot of sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. I hope you can find someone to love and be loved too. Whatever happens please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. The bottom line is to deal with the anger. There is one way to make your skin colour fairer naturally. It includes flowing things: Consume plenty of fresh seasonal fruits daily for a year. Take plenty of green vegetable dishes along with lot of salad. Consume extra amount of carrots or carrot juice. Consume green tea. Do regular exercises or physical activity like morning evening walks Apply sunscreens on exposed parts or cover with clothes. Take milk at night and curd and paneer in day times with meals. This will make your colour fairer in 8-9 months. If you have sun induced darkness (tanning) on face or arms or you have developed acquired dark spots or pigmentation (it should not be by birth), you may get relief from them by Benoquin 2% cream applied twice daily on affected parts for 2-3 months. Natural colour will be restored but not fairer than that. Apply cream under medical supervision only.

Check for your blood profiles to see for deficiencies. Increase protein, iron, zinc rich food in your diet. Eg: prunes, mushrooms, lentils, spinach, amla, dried fruits, seafood, citurs foods etc wash scalp with onion juice extract, whoch helps in faster growth of hair as it contains high amount of sulphur.

Hair turned grey merely due to less or no production of melanin. Each hair has a separate melanin supply in the body. Medical Conditions leading to gray hair-

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Pregnancy is not the reason for your dryness and darkness. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Mr. Lybrate user, in this period, better to avoid allopathic medicnal usage [preferably internal}unless with your concern gynaecologist's suggestion. As you r saying she is suffering from her childhood, now immediately she can not get releif but by taking homeo, parallally, she will be better in recurrence, frequency, intensity.& there will not be any side effects by taking homeo, try few home remedies, like by observing what kind of weather or food, or other factors that cause her to get, avoid those, like if exposure to cold weather, then avoid her to get exposed to that weather, or food, etc, let her take proper diet/sleep, milk with dry ginger powder[boiled], daily, will help to reduce the episodes, plenty of fruits. Sprouts, more water, green leafy veg, etc. Let her practice pranayama daily twice or thrice, morning after getting up, & at night, before going to bed, & meanwhile, whenever she feels free. If possible, try to learn breathing exercises, under art of living/isha foundation etc, wll improve her health, & reduce the asthamtic attacks, which also will help for foetal development too.
