Which type of food helps to Lose Weight?

I am Lokendra Tomar. I am weight loss and wellness coach. I believe in sharing true knowledge so that you can take care of your own health and live a disease free life. I believe that food is the best medicine. Nowadays, for people who want to lose weight, the whole theory of weight loss is built around a lot exercise a lot of hard work and the truth is the secret of weight loss is not heavy exercise but the food you eat, because what you eat will decide how much your weight will be. So for the people those who want to lose weight there are few things which will help you in losing weight.

So when we talk about the right food that means the kind of food you should eat.

number one, food you should eat everyday is raw food. Raw food, uncooked food, unprocessed food they carry their Vitamins, minerals and enzymes along with them. So the digestion and metabolism of these foods are very easy as these foods carry their own digestive enzymes, i.e self digestive enzymes. When they go inside the body they don’t utilize your mechanism much of your minerals and vitamins from your body. They digest themselves. So eating raw food helps in losing weight.

Second most important food is the low carbohydrate food. Carbohydrate means sugar, so food which have high amount of carbohydrate means they have high amount of sugar, and this sugar increases insulin hormone in the body. Higher amount of insulin means high fat gain in the body. So reduce the carbohydrate, reduce the insulin and you will immediately start losing weight. So just focus on your food, not much on exercise, because the secret of weight loss is what you eat not how much you exercise.

If you want to lose weight you can take my online consultation on Lybrate or you can come to my clinic for personal consultation.

Severe Menstrual Cramps - How To Get Relief From It?

Severe Menstrual Cramps - How To Get Relief From It?

A menstrual cramp is something which every woman complains of for a day or two every month. Menstrual cramps are usually the pains felt in the lower abdomen, which can occur both before and during a woman's menstrual period. These cramps are caused by a hormone called prostaglandin that causes the uterine muscles to contract during menstruation. When the uterus contracts to shed its natural lining during your period it releases a hormone called prostaglandins which causes pain and inflammation. So higher the level of prostaglandins more severe the menstrual cramps.

It might be just a minor discomfort for some, but for others it can be severe. The symptoms of menstrual cramps include pain in the abdomen, pressure in the abdomen and pain in the hips, lower back, and inner thighs as well. However, if the cramps are severe you might have an upset stomach, loose stools and vomiting too.

Three out of four women experience menstrual pains and every one out of 10 women experiences severe cramps. Here are few remedies that might help in relieving the pain:

  1. Exercise, brisk walking or any type of physical activity can help to ease your belly pain as by being physically active your body pumps more blood, which helps in releasing endorphins to counteract the prostaglandins and reduce your cramps.
  2. Apply heat on the lower abdomen or the area where you feel the pain as it helps to relax the contracting muscles in your uterus.
  3. Improve your diet by reducing fat and increasing vegetables. However, avoid foods that contain caffeine and salt.
  4. Take a warm bath as it may also provide some relief.
  5. Add ginger in your food as it helps in lowering the levels of the pain-causing prostaglandins.
  6. Drink chamomile tea at least three times a day.
  7. Take fish oil supplements, vitamin B1 or both.
  8. Make sure to get enough vitamin D.
  9. Have an orgasm as it releases endorphins which has a pain-relieving effect and helps in boosting your mood as well.
  10. Include more dietary magnesium such as dry almonds and boiled spinach as it helps to ease the pain of cramps.
  11. Acupuncture also has an anti-inflammatory effect.
  12. Take a safe painkiller to reduce pain.
  13. Birth control pills may help relieve painful cramps, but they do come with side effects which may include spotting, breast tenderness, nausea and low sex drive.
  14. Refrain yourself from smoking and drinking alcohol.
  15. Finally, have appropriate rest.

Note: If you still do not get any relief despite trying some of these options then you must visit your doctor to rule out more serious health issues as the menstrual cramps are sometimes caused or worsened by other conditions and any sort of medications for such cramps are to be taken after consulting a Gynaecologist.

I am 19 years old and my breast size is too small I want to Enlarge my breast. Give the appropriate suggestions.

M.Ch - Plastic Surgery
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Indore
No medicine or cream can grow breast. Breast implant is most effective and common procedure to increase size of breast. In this procedure silicon implant of desised size is pushed under breast tissue. Procedure is done under anaesthesia so there is no question of pain. Patient can go home in 3 to 4 hrs. You just need to wear supporting bra for some time and can return to work next day. Externally the look and feel of breast is just like natural young breast. Within few hrs you will regain your confidence and have attractive chest figure. In future pregnancy there is no problem in breast feeding. There is no risk of any major illness or disease associated with this procedure. We use international quality implants. Cost of procedure is80000rs

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever. -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

My partner complaints of pain during intercourse that's why we couldn't make it what to do.

My partner complaints of pain during intercourse that's why we couldn't make it what to do.
Dyspareunia Dyspareunia is painful sexual intercourse due to medical or psychological causes. The pain can primarily be on the external surface of the genitalia, or deeper in the pelvis upon deep pressure against the cervix. It can affect a small portion of the vulva or vagina or be felt all over the surface. Understanding the duration, location, and nature of the pain is important in identifying the causes of the pain. Numerous physical, psychological, and social or relationship causes can contribute to pain during sexual encounters. Underlying causes determine treatment. Many women experience relief when physical causes are identified and treated. The treatment for pain with intercourse depends on what is causing the pain. After proper diagnosis one or more treatments for specific causes may be necessary. For pain due to yeast or fungal infections, a clinician may prescribe mycogen cream (nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide), which treats both a yeast infection and associated painful inflammation and itching because it contains both an antifungal and a steroid. For pain thought due to post-menopausal vaginal dryness, estrogen treatment can be used. For women with diagnostic criteria for endometriosis, medications or surgery are possible options. Lignocaine gel may be used in severe cases. In addition, the following may reduce discomfort with intercourse: Both of you Shave the pubic region regularly. Also, add pleasant, sexually exciting experiences to your regular interactions, such as bathing together (in which the primary goal is not cleanliness), or mutual caressing without intercourse. In couples where a woman is preparing to receive vaginal intercourse, such activities tend to increase both natural lubrication and vaginal dilation, both of which decrease friction and pain. Prior to intercourse, oral sex may relax and lubricate the vagina. Apply water-soluble sexual or surgical lubricant during intercourse. Discourage petroleum jelly. Lubricant should be liberally applied (two tablespoons full) to both the penis and the orifice. A folded bath towel under the receiving partner's hips helps prevent spillage on bedclothes. Ask your partner to control the insertion by her hand. For those who have pain on deep penetration because of pelvic injury or disease, recommend a change in coital position to one with less penetration. In women receiving vaginal penetration: maximum vaginal penetration is achieved when the receiving woman lies on her back with her pelvis rolled up off the bed, compressing her thighs tightly against her chest with her calves over the penetrating partner's shoulders. Minimal penetration occurs when a receiving woman lies on her back with her legs extended flat on the bed and close together while her partner's legs straddle hers.

I am 16 years old. My mind is not stable. I always want to spend time out of home with friends. I feel very alone and I think that nobody understand me. I want peace but I can't getting it. Tell me what should I do? Please help me.

I am 16 years old. My mind is not stable. I always want to spend time out of home with friends. I feel very alone and...
Absolutely not at all unusual, for your age. Let me explain what you are going through. You have just entered adolescence: During this time there will be a spurt in the production of the male sex hormone, testosterone, which has a duration of two years. Due to this chemical alone there are three identified features that present itself over which you have no control: you will be sexually active, aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems. Then if you have unresolved childhood issues, they will compound the situation and fuel your uncontrolled behavior. Please remember that you yourself may not be aware of all this. At this time you will imagine like you do now that your mind is not stable because this is an age of conflict, confusion and a lot of stress peculiar to your age. To expect peace during this time is a real difficult ask. I am also concerned about the feeling lonely: if that is serious you may need to meet with a counselor and check if you are gong through rejection from your family or you feel they don?t love you. In which case wanting to be out with your friends might be more welcoming than being at home. In that case it is more serious to meet with a counselor who must meet with your parents too. You must learn to listen to your parents and when they are right join them but otherwise discuss sensibly when there are differences. Because of all this be very careful that you do not do the rebellious things driven by the hormones. You can channelize your energy to get involved in sports and games regularly. Watch the influence of your peer group because their influence will be irresistible. You are establishing yourself among your peers, and you will try to be fashionable in every way possible. What is outrageous to others is very much in, with youngsters today. You will be seeking a lot of attention from your friends and some of them think that they have to be horrendously different for social acceptance and you will need to join them for their acceptance (and you have no acceptance at home anyway!). I recommend that you go for career counseling also and determine that your aptitude for academic pursuits are in line with your skills.

My belly fat increases a lot. My lot of work is on laptop and kind of like far from athletic works. What to do?
Thank you for your question. You will need to work out for at least half an hour a day or do any kind of vigorous exercise. A high protein and low carb diet will do a lot to reduce the belly fat. If your problem is localized a liposuction procedure can be very helpful.
