My weight is 43 kg n my height is 163 cm n my age is 22 .according to my age weight is too less I want to gain weight quickly. From past five to six months my diet is: morning 7 am: 4 badam ,1 egg, two ghee roti and mostly panner sabzi or potato or ladiesfinger bhaji I eat dan by 10.30 or 11 I use to have dry fruits- cashewnut, grapes than by 1 again roti n spicy ,dan by 5.pm ome apple and by 7 some snacks like sandwich or wada or pizza and one glass of milk n nit rice n dal .bt still my weight is not gaining please suggest me diet plam which could easily help me putting weight .or els is ther any prblm in my body .after having this diet still my weight is same.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Whenever you want to discontinue medication, have a consultation with your treating doctor who knows all your records. It is not gonna give you big deal, when discontinuing, the symptoms which settled with that 15 days of duration restarts again and continuing medications further will take longer time for the symptoms to get settled. Do not forget to have opinion from your treating doctor.

Dear lybrate-user you have a problem with your tm joint - jaw bone joint and so apply ice for 20 min and rest is needed. So eat soft food easy to chew and take some painkillers. If not getting ok then visit a doctor.

Here are the top 6 home remedies for dark lips. 1. Lemon lemon is often used to treat dark skin patches and spots, and you can use it to naturally lighten dark lips, too. The bleaching property in lemon works well as a simple yet powerful remedy for dark lips. (a) squeeze a lemon and apply the juice on your lips before going to bed. Follow this simple remedy daily for one to two months. (b) take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and rub it on your lips. It will exfoliate dead cells so new, fresh skin can appear. Use this remedy daily for a few weeks. (c) alternatively, you can prepare a mixture of one-half teaspoon each of lemon juice, glycerin and honey. Apply it on your lips before going to bed. Do this daily until you see positive results. 2. Rose rose has three main medicinal properties: soothing, cooling, and moisturizing. Rose will also help add a natural pink tint to your dark lips. (a. Mix one drop of rose water with a few drops of honey and apply it on your lips. Do this three or four times a day. (b) mix one tablespoon of rose petal paste and one teaspoon of butter, honey, or milk cream. Apply it on your lips and gently scrub. Follow this remedy two times a week. (c) soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. 3. Olive oil olive oil can also be used to make your lips lively and vibrant. Olive oil contains many essential nutrients to nurture your lips and its moisturizing property will make them soft and beautiful. (a) apply a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on your lips and massage it gently. Do this daily before going to bed. (b) alternatively, mix one-half teaspoon of sugar and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Scrub your lips gently with this mixture once a week. This simple recipe will restore your natural lip color and shine within a month or two. 4. Sugar exfoliating your lips regularly will remove dead skin cells that can make them look dark and dull. Sugar works as a great exfoliating agent. (a) blend three tablespoons of granulated sugar and two tablespoons of butter to make a thick paste. Scrub your lips gently with the paste. Do this once a week to restore your natural lip color and shine. (b) you can also make a scrub by mixing one teaspoon of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Use it to scrub your lips once a week. (c) alternatively, you can simply mix some sugar with cold cream and use it to scrub your lips gently before going to bed. Do this once a week. 5. Beetroot another readily available ingredient that can help you get pink lips is beetroot. Beetroot has natural bleaching properties that can lighten dark lips. (a) apply fresh beetroot juice on your lips before going to bed. Wash it off the next morning. The natural red color of the juice will turn your dark lips rosy. Do this daily before going to bed. (b) you can mix equal amounts of beetroot juice and carrot juice and apply it on your lips. Massage gently and leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily for a week or two. 6. Pomegranate pomegranate is ideal for treating dark lips. It can nourish and moisturize dry and dehydrated lips as well as help restore their natural pink color. (a) mix together one tablespoon of crushed pomegranate seeds and a little milk cream and rose water. Apply this paste on your lips and gently scrub for a few minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily. (b) mix equal amounts of pomegranate juice, beetroot juice and carrot juice. Apply it on your dark lips once daily.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side or take less of a rich gravy and more of the cereal. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.

It's difficult to study after marriage, but look around, there are married women going for jobs and working in offices for 10 hours per day. They too suffer from erratic eating and stress of doing a double job. Drink juice of lemon along with a spoon of honey added to water every day on empty stomach. This works like anti oxidant, removes impurities from blood. Helps in weight reduction. Brings down levels of sugar and fats in blood. Take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Reduce carbs, salt and sugar even if blood sugar and bp are normal. Walking is simple exercise that helps to meditation. Eat more proteins like milk and curds. All of these items are not responsible for weight gain plus take a boiled egg, fulfilling and nourishing food. Eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more water as a routine. Get back after a trial for a month. You can cook food for family with minimal oils, keep ghee or butter on the table to be added to food of growing up kids in the family. Good luck.

Your fasting and pp sugars are high. You need to take medicines for the same at the earliest. Stop all simple sugars or direct carbohydrates. Exercise in any form but regularly for about half hour at a time. You are still very young. So you should take control of diabetes as soon as possible.

  9. Nux vomica: Nux vomica is effective for constant sensation of chill, with warmth not felt even in the comfort of the bed. It is also effective for headaches, blocked nose, body-aches, and nausea as results of the cold.
