I am not feeling well from around a month. Have been going through body pain, headache, light fever and tiredness, weakness. Got myself checked up but no findings yet. For me that white liquid is keep going every day so coz of that I'm full weak now a days few days back I consult with doctor also he gave me some anti Baltic injunction den too it is same, to stop that what I should do.

If you have these problems, treat them as soon as you can to avoid further complications. -drinking a lot of water can also help prevent leucorrhoea from occurring. Keeping yourself hydrated can help with leucorrhea. -try to wear underwear that allows your genitals to air out. Cotton is best. Maintain good feminine hygiene. -clean your genitals after you urinate and wash your vaginal area properly when you bathe by using mild cleansing agents. -try to avoid using powders and scented sprays on your genitals unless they are formulated for use on your private parts.

Hello Doctor, From past few months (3 months) I am not feeling very great. I feel low in energy all the time and when I stand on my feet I feel like I have to hold onto something to be steady though I don't feel I am fainting or I will fall or lose my balance. But yes I feel like that I am disbalancing a bit. Secondly, I have this problem of heartburn and gas as well. No matter what I eat, sometimes I get severe heart burn and sometimes I am OK. Gas is constantly building whenever I eat anything. I would say that 65% after eating anything I get heartburn. Thirdly, I get palpitations and I think I have become very sensitive. Sensitive in the sense that whenever I am sleeping or resting on my bed, even a small sound or a bang or anything or even a slight banging makes me feel like my heart is pounding/dropping/ or something (dil ghabrana ek dum se). From past few days I got this pain in my chest (right side). Pain is not severe but it is disturbing and I don't feel comfortable at all. My stomach is upset all the time and some pain in bowel. I have got an ultrasound done, I can attach a copy of it if required. I feel low everything and I spend most of my time worrying about things or how to sort my life out. When I think too much these problems becomes intense and I feel really uncomfortable with all this happening. Headache is another issue, regular pain in temples of my head and itching inside my ear is also there. I have tried a lot of doctors but not happy with what they have suggested me. I would request you to consult or advice me in a best possible way please.

Firstly relax take it easy, with some discipline in life and medicine you can start feeling better get following tests and if already done write report blood cbc, blood sugar f/pp, lipid profile and thyroid hormones t3, t4, tsh get bp, ecg /tmt- treadmill test and echo. Start doing following you have to improve your food habits 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Pain may be muscular or joint pain, with local application it will subside. Commonly dandruff or any other infection and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. This requires both local application for dandruff or any other infection and local massage with oil to increase circulation and internal consumption of herbal preparations as nutrients for hair growth. People using ghee are more prone to heaart attacks. You can use rice bran oil for deep frying. The best is if you use olive oil for cooking purpose. Pomace olive oil is not very expensive and is apt for cooking.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

In the past 2 months I gained about 15lbs but I don't see the weight anywhere on my body. Why am I not seeing the weight that I gained it is nowhere to be found on my body. I look the exact same size I was 2 months ago. I went from 96lbs to 110 or 111 lbs and I still look 96 lbs. What is causing the weight that I gained not to show. I went to see my doctor and she doesn't know why my weight isn't showing either. I don't understand what is taking so long for my weight to show. I am not trying to gain weight or lose weight. Dear friend, don't worry what people say, what is your opinion about this? you by weight look thin. For gaining weight please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Divide. Your food intake in three part i. E. Morning break fast, lunch and dinner. Take some extra proteins, salads, fresh and dry fruits and at least 250 ml milk. Also start some physical exercise to utilize this. Take proper rest and avoid stress as possible. Later on some medicine may be given to enhance the result. Tell your progress after one month to guide further or you may ask if any further information required.
